Position Summary

The Technical Business Analyst is a detail-driven contributor on 829’s Website Production Team and reports to the Director of Website Production. This person plays a role in business problem-solving and has the ability to take ambiguous, complex problems and turn them into well-defined, documented requirements  that support the successful creation of a website build. The team is looking for a unique individual with strong business analysis skills to drive technology solutions aligned with 829 Studios’ strategies.

This position serves as a primary facilitator for cross-team communication and collaboration. The Technical Business Analyst must familiarize themself with scope, objectives and architecture of each website build project to gain a cohesive, detailed and accurate understanding of the client’s goal and will help the internal team by providing user interface best practices, specifically documented development guides, and quality analysis. This person owns/organizes all project-related documentation and is responsible for answering project scope and functionality related questions; as well as  providing oversight to the successful completion of the web build project.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Documentation
    • Follow a repeatable methodology to successfully develop applications on time and on budget using the latest web technologies and build applications according to best practice standards.
    • Work alongside team leads to develop necessary Technical Architecture and make key technology decisions to make individual projects successful. This includes being  involved in the UX and information architecture process. Technical Business Analysts verify the sitemap structure and URLs prior to client presentations. This person would also review 3rd party integrations and how they may inform IA. 
    • Stay apprised of the latest technologies and innovations in web application technologies.
    • Actively participate in the project planning process and bring that background knowledge back to the development team. This includes crafting a development guide/document. This person needs to actively think about how to approach design from a technical production perspective and will provide insight on how/where improvements can be made. 
    • Enhance development standards and introduce new technologies to maximize efficiency and turnaround within the Production department.
    • Work very closely with team leads to maintain the highest possible level of communication surrounding the project development process.
  • Communication/Collaboration
    • Facilitating cross-department communication is key to this role.
    • The Technical Business Analyst works with members of the Production, Development, Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, and Creative teams. This person will be responsible for capturing & following up on any action/blocking items.
    • The Technical Business Analyst will be the main information resource for project functionality and scope specific questions in addition to the Account Manager and Project Manager assigned to the project.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate and document complex user interaction scenarios.
    • The Technical Business Analyst works internally with other teams  and is a  client-facing role. Frequent communication with the internal team is necessary for gathering requirements and making recommendations. Position Summary

This role will be responsible for leading a team of strategists and automation specialists responsible for leading conversations regarding performance, technical setup and strategic marketing automation.

The Associate Director is responsible for organizing, leading and developing a growing team of marketing automation and email professionals from the associate to manager level. This includes facilitating onboarding, regular department meetings, and cross collaboration with our company functions.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Identify and establish KPIs for email and marketing automation channels, advising clients and 829's Client Services team on how to best achieve goals through digital channels.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals and assess and handle client escalations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of email marketing experience and 3+ years of direct management experience

  • Proven track record with cross-functional teams that achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Do the research. Conduct competitive, industry, and user research through workshops, user testing, exercises, surveys, and any other format that gets you the insights you need.
  • Create the architectural foundation of large-scale websites. Create sitemaps that account for all pages on a website. Support your sitemap with page-specific content outlines when appropriate, and account for all fields/data that will comprise key pages. 
  • Contribute to wireframe development.Bring website architecture to life through Figma-based wireframe development.
  • Collaborate with peers. Review the work of others and provide meaningful feedback.  Contribute to learning and development during weekly department meetings.
  • Maintain best practices. Ensure that protocols are being followed. Evolve processes, offerings, deliverable formats, and when you see opportunities to make improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience creating websites. While we will consider candidates with in-house experience, an agency background is preferred.  You should have a baseline understanding of how websites are built using waterfall and agile processes, and the awareness to collaborate with designers, developers, and other personnel when necessary.

Position Summary

Our ideal PR Strategist has 3-5 years of agency experience. You have a solid understanding of the industry landscape and have existing relationships with key media. You also have experience leading influencer marketing campaigns and your finger on the pulse of all things related to media. You are an exceptional writer who is passionate about developing strategic communication plans for your clients. Essential Functions

  • Media/Influencer Relations 
  • Strong knowledge of all media and influencers relevant to clients' business
  • Proactive media engagement and storyline development 
  • Strong relationships with key media and influencer targets 
  • Secure coverage for each account according to client goals 

Client Service/Management 

  • Become a go to resource for client contact
  • Develop quarterly PR roadmaps 
  • Own portions of PR/Influencer Marketing client calls 
  • Provide counsel on media opportunities and coverage
  • Own key elements of the PR program (influencers, events, awards, partnerships etc. )
  • Effectively prioritize responsibilities based on impact, timelines, workflow and client goals. 

Writing Proficiencies

  • Ability to generate and edit pitches, press releases, award submissions, fact sheets, bylines and other deliverables with minimal edits 
  • Professional, articulate and timely client communication 
  • Development of consistent, creative, successful pitches 

Agency Operations

  • Mentor and train junior staff. Support team and successfully manage up and down.
  • Identify, attend and encourage others to attend networking events. 
  • Lead the team by example and sustain an enthusiastic and professional attitude towards coworkers and clients.
  • Drive projects forward independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer suggested solutions to management. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Providing high-quality consultation to clients on all aspects of PR/social media services
  • Developing and executing quarterly strategies and/or plans surrounding key events and partnerships
  • Generating written materials, including key messages, client positioning, press releases, award submissions, fact sheets,  backgrounders, biographies, contributed articles, pitches, and general correspondence 
  • Working closely with senior management to provide strategic direction and insight related to account activities
  • Recommending and executing on media strategies that generate coverage; builds and nurtures strong relationships with media contacts
  • Delivering high-quality writing in the of form pitches, press releases, bylines, case studies, blogs, etc
  • Training and mentoring junior staff

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • 3-5  years of post-college PR agency experience and/or working with consumer, b2b tech and professional services clients. (healthcare + finance experience is a plus)
  • Experience leading influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of working with multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Ability to generate and edit award submissions, press releases, fact sheets, backgrounders, biographies, tour reports, briefing books, contributed articles, speaking opportunity abstracts, pitches, Q&As, company memorandum and general team correspondence; also responsible for their production and assembly

Position Summary

829 Studios is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team! This is a client-facing role that creates and implements the strategy of sophisticated digital marketing programs and campaigns for our B2B and B2C clients. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the implementation and execution of digital marketing programs across a variety of channels, including SEM, SEO, Social Media and web analytics. The ideal candidate for this role has an informed digital marketing background, great presentation and communication skills, and demonstrated, hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, or other digital channels.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Act as a client-facing consultant to identify, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Work directly with department leaders and clients to manage project schedules, assets, content and expectations in an organized and thorough manner    
  • Directly oversee one or more channels to drive performance included paid search (PPC), display advertising, organic search, email automation and paid social 
  • Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting of online marketing campaigns
  • Interface with client and account operators to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries
  • Serve as a thought leader and client advocate for new technologies, platforms, and programs
  • Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives/opportunities accordingly 
  • Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets
  • Work with all members of a project team to gather deliverables and status reports for major milestones, then lead the client presentation  
  • Ensure that protocols (like naming conventions and checklists) are being followed  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing account management in an agency environment
  • Account management or operator experience involving client engagement around SEO, Paid Search or Paid Social
  • Experience using project management software and spreadsheets
  • Must be very detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects, budgets, deliverables, and tight deadlines
  • In platform experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads Wordpress, Hubspot or Marketo
  • In depth understanding of integrated digital marketing and its various components

What You'll Be Doing

  • Auditing websites for SEO

COVID Update

The overwhelming majority of our team is working remotely due to COVID. While our office is open with guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and capacity, we are encouraging our team to work from home for the foreseeable future. We have no plans to require on-site work and have no limitations on working from home. We intend to resume on-site work eventually when it is safe to do so.
