Quality Engineer

At Acquia, quality engineering drives the quality tool chain and process in an open and collaborative environment. To ensure that we have a repeatable process and systems to thoroughly test and uncover defects, quality engineering uses best of breed tools for automation and testing frameworks in conjunction with in-house tooling, infrastructure and services.  Quality engineers are embedded in each agile development team to facilitate and own the testing strategy, and test automation requirements for every iteration and release. Qualifications:

  • Proficient with backend API automation, tools/framework development necessary for the same 
  • Strong hands on knowledge about testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts and strong in core Java skills

EDUCATION/ACCREDITATION

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant practice experience in corporate legal department and/or law firm, preferably with high-growth or startup technology companies dealing with commercial transactions.
  • Previous team management experience is required
  • Experience of providing legal support to a sales team, including sales teams operating in other regions and other time zones.
  • Strong experience negotiating complex commercial transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple transactions in compliance with company policy.

  • You'll oversee keeping track of all our Customer Success processes, making sure everything is mapped out and documented clearly.
  • You'll design smart rules that analyze all the data we collect from our customers and trigger actions for the Customer Success team to engage with customers.
  • We're always growing and changing, so you'll stay up to date on all the latest Gainsight features and tech trends. 

Qualifications

  • Manage collection functions on a daily basis including any customer billing concerns or requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate notices are sent to customers for aged balances

  • Complete ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Credit and Collections Senior Manager
  • Participate in audits as appropriate to ensure the audit coordinator has all required information
  • Contribute to the implementation of newly acquired companies in regards to banking, collections efforts, and allowance considerations
  • Analyze our allowance for bad debt on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and support Customer emails through our ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Google Office Suite

  • Knowledge of general ledger systems (SAP, Oracle, Intacct)

Through your leadership, your team will work to ensure customers maximize the value gained from their investment and partnership with Acquia.

As a vital part of the Acquia team, you'll also be responsible for amplifying Acquia's Marketing Cloud strategies and customer retention plans with specific emphasis on Acquia CDP customers. In instances requiring escalation, you will coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical support and services teams, offering necessary business and technical contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Customer Value Managers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Own and amplify Acquia's customer retention strategies for CDP customers
  • Provide leadership reporting on CDP customer success status and improvement strategies
  • Lead customer save efforts in partnership with other Acquia account team leadership
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Cloud leaders to drive initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Assume responsibility for escalations, coordinating with technical support and services teams for feedback and resolution
  • Partner with various stakeholders, including Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, to deliver a premium customer experience
  • Advocate for customers, serving as their spokesperson and understanding and addressing their needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, client services, or consulting; experience at a SaaS-based marketing company or digital agency preferred
  • Prior experience leading and motivating teams
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and ESPs
  • Proficiency in Google suite products (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience of formulating and driving strategic plans for enterprise accounts
  • Marketing background with strategy and execution experience preferred
  • Agile project delivery experience advantageous
  • Capacity to manage executive and C-level client relationships
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer onsite meetings, as necessary
