Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the proposal leader providing research, analysis, preparation, writing, and submission of proposals for Government projects
• Create and manage proposal schedule and compliance matrix, establish the proposal format and create technical or management content
• Ensure final proposal submissions are compliant with applicable RFP or RFI instructions that also comply with company proposal best practices
• Review, prepare, and draft responses to Market Research such as requests for information (RFIs) to influence acquisitions
• Project Management experience leading teams on non-direct report individuals to provide high quality products on time and within budget including schedule and budget management
• Drive the proposal process and is proactive to meet milestones
• Facilitate and partner with Solution Architects, Capture Managers, and account leaders to develop the proposal response approach
• Ensure agreed-upon elements and themes are incorporated into a clear, cohesive and persuasive format
• Work in conjunction with capture or business development personnel in developing and generating strategies, themes, and discriminators for responses
• Coordinate and participate in proposal reviews, recovery sessions, and final production
• Ensure the effective application of iterative storyboarding techniques for the development of proposal sections
• Provide guidance to less experienced personnel, specifically aligned to proposal processes and producing winning proposals
• Provide expert-level editing and desktop publishing in Microsoft Word to business development and marketing products

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or Technology fields
• Five (5) years of experience supporting and leading Federal proposal teams
• Three (3) years of experience as a Federal proposal manager
  
• Expert-level skills in Adobe, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

As a Multimedia Designer, you will develop Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) branding and marketing with regard to language, message and theme. In addition, you will create communications plans to determine a plan/strategy on messaging mechanisms to internal and external agencies, component commands, commercial and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct Media plan development, refinements and amendments as needed throughout the course of the fiscal year
• Develop target audience deliverables for all core stakeholders
