What we are looking for:

As the Senior Product Designer at Alt, you would work on the core Alt platform, help create a seamless  and delightful user experience across various platforms for people to research, manage, insure and leverage their alternate asset portfolio. As one of the early members of the Design team, you would make a tremendous impact on the Product, Brand, Culture and Company trajectory.

The impact you will make:

  • Work in a highly collaborative fashion with the design, product, and engineering
  • Own Design projects from early exploration to shipping 
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Be the voice of the user and help the team understand the challenges and needs of the user
  • Conduct and participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
  • Design holistically to create a cohesive and coherent product experience, utilizing design patterns
  • Advocate for prioritization of changes, refinements, and improvements to the user experience

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience designing excellent digital products as part of a cross-functional team in an agile ecosystem
  • Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, and ease of use
  • High attention to detail and focus on execution and quality.
  • Skills in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
  • Experience designing with a robust Design System, and making your design decisions based on customer feedback and data
  • Experience working with Research or conducting interviews to uncover needs and insights based on data and translating them into thoughtful Design decisions.
  • Strong expertise in common design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, etc)
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
  • Passion for sports/trading cards and prior experience in Marketplaces/Fintech is a plus

What we are looking for:

As our resident Pricing Associate, you will use your trading card passion and knowledge to support the Vault & Modeling operations function. Your tasks will range from assisting the sales, lending, and modeling teams to helping with pricing strategy, attending card shows around the country, and supporting our customer base with sports card related categories. We’re looking for a Pricing Associate that can leverage their card knowledge to help improve our processes, be a self-starter and problem solve.

The impact you will make:

  • Assist the internal product & operations team in the sports card valuation process
  • Weigh in on detailed card questions, such as card values, nomenclature, history, and trends across many categories of cards
  • Accurately enter data into the Alt database including individualized card information, nuances, and pricing details
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer & Operation teams to support demands internally and externally.
  • Understand and continuously learn about new types of cards, transactions, and market trends
  • Innovate from within by leveling up on card strategies that help support Alt's vision.

What you bring to the table:

  • Passion for sports cards, technology and helping others succeed
  • Quantitative research skills to assess sports card pricing strategies adhered to Alt standards and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Broad knowledge across many categories of cards, such as modern sports, vintage sports, TCG, etc. If you do not personally have deep knowledge of all categories, you know where to look for additional expertise. 
  • Ability to recognize current trends within the industry
  • High attention to detail and focus on execution and quality.
  • A quick learner, a self-starter able to work autonomously and handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for optimizing our sales team's performance and driving efficiency throughout the sales process. You will play a critical role in streamlining operations, implementing effective strategies, and maximizing revenue generation. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership.

The impact you will make:

  • Manage and optimize sales technology tools (Salesforce CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.) to support sales team effectiveness

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.

  • Detail-oriented and methodical in your routine; you pride yourself in the accuracy of your work
