Position Overview 

ABH is seeking an influencer relations intern who will assist the Anastasia Beverly Hills influencer relations team. This position will require a knowledge of social media platforms, current cultural  trends and conversations, knowledge of the beauty industry, and a discerning eye for high-quality talent and content. This role is a 3 month assignment and can be part time or full time. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Support influencer relations team by organizing influencer content and updating relevant documents with live dates and usage terms
• Support influencer relations team with keeping on top latest trends within influencer marketing along with relevant competitor research
• Update all campaign information in Tribe Dynamics and Dash Hudson, including adding all influencer partners for tracking
• Participate incross-functionalinfluencer relations + social media team brainstorms for new, engaging, and innovative content ideas
• Assist in creating influencer briefs for ongoing campaigns
• Assist with identifying potential on-brand, strategic influencer partnerships
• Assist in brow restock orders for ABH PR list
• Own warehouse orders for influencer product sends, including updating team on deliveries and delays

Requirements: 

• Understanding ofinfluencer marketing,social media copy, proper grammar, and writing styles strongly preferred
• Experience with product orders, product seeding and influencer vetting
• Experience with Google Documents (sheets, slides etc.)
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as: Dash Hudson, GRIN, a plus!
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours, if part time
