ANZ PMT Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor day to day health and status of vehicles, parking spots and app
  • Manage incidents relating to security of vehicles by escalating and coordinating manpower to ensure prevention, detection, containment and correction of security incidents via Slack (important alerts includes Vehicle left in collected mode or IOT disconnected alerts)
  • Coordinate collection, deployment and relocation of vehicles when necessary (eg. ad hoc guides on where to shift focus rebalance to, where to collect/deploy vehicles.)
  • Work with customer service team with issues and inquiries via email and zendesk
  • Gather feedback from marshalls and submit suggestions through Asana /bugs through JIRA

BAU Function:

  • First point of contact to all marshall questions/issues by monitoring slack channels and DMs - Marshal still contact Aussie lead
  • To be able to properly assign marshall on shift to attend to alerts/issues we face and to write up end of day/weekly reports. - assign to alerts, but need to follow up on missing shift reports
  • Ensuring compliance of marshall (sending in start of shift plans, end shift reports, checking in and out of Homebase)
  • Respond to CS tickets(Email/Zendesk) based on each city’s customised template, working with the CS team with issues and inquiries.
  • Ad hoc tasks (eg. council required end trip photo audit)

Payroll Administration:

- Process fortnightly end-to-end payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance.

- Manage employee timesheets, leave requests, and other payroll-related data, ensuring accurate recording in the HRIS.

- Respond and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees

- Act as the WHS Coordinator by managing RTW Plans and Workers Compensation reporting requirements.

- Serve as the main contact for HRIS and Labour Hire vendors to ensure seamless operations.

- Look at ways to improve efficiencies and develop new processes

- Maintain and review our policies and procedures

Compliance and Reporting:

- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with employment laws, awards, and payroll tax regulations.

- Assist in audits and compliance checks as required.

- Adhere to internal processes and procedures

- Collate reports as required including tender submissions and government reporting.

  • You’ll bring previous experience working as a HR Advisor or similar
  • Bring an understanding of payroll requirements and the willingness to learn and develop this skill - we have support in place for such as Premium Payroll with Employment Hero and TAPS membership.
  • Experience using Employment Hero, Google Suits and Slack or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understand and accurately interpret the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Bring a customer service mindset and be able to think of creative ways to solve problems.
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

1. Supply Chain Oversight

  • Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain processes for ANZ, including planning, sourcing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the central supply chain team and local operations to support coordinated activities across the region.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Regional Warehouse in Brisbane, handling inbound and outbound processes, stock storage, and order dispatch.

  • Support the management of 3PL and transportation vendors involved in freight movement across ANZ.

  • Help oversee logistics operations within the ANZ region, ensuring timely delivery of goods and efficient flow of inventory.
  • Contribute to new market launches by coordinating logistics and arranging necessary supplies.

4. Procurement Assistance

  • Provide support with procurement activities as required, working with the central supply chain team to source materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to help ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on warehousing and logistics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core Supply Chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and managing complex, end-to-end supply chain activities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on minimizing inventory discrepancies.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods shipping and handling is advantageous.

  • Reporting to the Remote Operations Lead, you will take ownership of all aspects of the operations in (various) market including:

Strategy formulation and execution for the Korean market will cover number of aspects:

  • Initiative planning: identify key business issues and prioritise quarterly strategic intiaitives (covering both top-line and cost) to address them - based on deep-dive analysis estimated effort, impact and risk
  • Forecasting and manpower budgeting: assist financial forecasting of acheivable business peformance based on key business trends & initiaitves execution, including formulation of appropriate manpower budgets
