Job Summary:
This position is a support role responsible for nurturing the development and execution of the broadline food distributor partnership program, in order to achieve revenue growth and a scalable market expansion for our products. The individual is expected to have extensive experience in food distribution sales and the restaurants/hospitality industry as a whole, a proven track record in client relationship management, experience in sales training, and the ability to multitask on various projects.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Partner Regional Level Relationship Management: Ability to support key partner relationships with major food distributors, as well as a strong understanding of the framework of the overall hospitality industry. Maintain relationships at the program partner regional operating company level with impactful and carefully curated communications between their marketing and sales departments.
Special Events Planning: Working closely with both the direct report and the special events coordinator to plan, budget, and implement successful partner food shows and special events around the United States.
Hospitality Sales Training and Advisory: Advising and supporting our direct sales teams each week with the ultimate goal of increasing sales revenue through the partnership programs.
Sales Strategy and Program Execution: Working closely with the direct report to maintain, conceptualize, and execute referral partnership sales and support programs.
Interdepartmental Communication: Coordinate daily between operations, marketing, direct sales, and engineering departments, relating to special events planning, budgeting, marketing, program updates, educational content creation, and demo product deployments to our regional partner operating companies.
Marketing Team Synergy: Collaboration with Bear marketing department on content creation and sales department promos and POS material needs. Communicate any changes or new information to the direct sales teams.
