What You'll Do

About the Role

Blueprint is hiring primary care (FNP and/or AGNP) Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team of educators. As a Content Developer, you will work with a team of highly accomplished educators to develop the very best test preparation materials possible for the ANCC and AANP exams. Job Responsibilities Include:

You are adeptat leading the development and execution of a holistic B2C content strategy across a variety ofmedia and marketing channels. What You’ll Do

  • Develop Blueprint’s B2C content marketing strategy and lead a small team to executeit.
  • Set and own strategic, growth-focused KPI’s; create monthly reports to measure theeffectiveness of our content, adjusting our approach based on those results.
  • Serve as the key generator of topics: create, distribute, and promote highly relevant,valuable content that generates traffic to our website, engages our target audience,raises brand awareness, elevates our expertise, builds brand trust, and ultimatelyattracts high quality leads.
  • Lead a team of in-house and freelance writers and editors, video editors, graphicdesigners, proofreaders, and content marketing managers.
  • Implement efficient content creation processes across blog, social, video (for YouTube &TikTok), podcasts, quizzes, eBooks/guidebooks and other PDF downloads.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all verticals and all channels.
  • Create a content distribution strategy that utilizes owned, paid and earned marketingchannels to promote high-performing, lead generating content.
  • Ensure that the content being created is helping to generate traffic and achieve leadacquisition goals, and other business objectives.
  • Work with SEO agency and/or contract SEO experts not only to optimize content forsearch engines but also to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
  • Work closely with the company’s marketing team to devise content marketingstrategies that support marketing team’s goals and campaigns.
  • Work with our Creative Director to ensure content pieces follow Blueprint’s establishedbrand style guide, writing style and tone of voice that’s on brand.


Who You Are

  • 6-8+ years of SEO-based content strategy experience including digital and social media
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a content team & social media team.
  • Must have recent in-house B2C content marketing experience
  • A data-driven decision maker with a healthy balance of experience in thought leadership& strategy development plus comfort/enjoyment in a hands-on, roll up your sleeve role,where you can also execute on the thought leadership strategies you’ll be developing
  • Proven content marketing results driving organic traffic growth and lead generation growth – you’re the type of content marketer who has a results-driven resume
  • Proven experience creating content for a variety of audiences, and scaling content creation processes efficiently

Blueprint Test Prep is looking for involved, highly motivated undergraduate pre-law and pre-med students to join the team as Campus Brand Ambassadors to assist in our campus marketing efforts. 


This is an hourly contract, hands-on marketing role; Campus Brand Ambassadors (CBAs) will work to spread knowledge about Blueprint LSAT and MCAT products to key student groups. CBAs will deliver presentations, execute marketing campaigns, utilize social media, and build relationships on campus with their peers.

    • YOU KNOW THE EXAMS ARE PREPPABLE.  You look at standardized tests as puzzles that can be solved. You love to show people how to break down complex material so it becomes accessible, doable, and fun.  You enjoyed preparing for your NP exam(s) and want your students to do the same.
    • YOU THRIVE TEACHING STUDENTS.  You know that each student begins with different strengths, and you’re committed to empowering students to build learning and test-taking skills that they will carry with them to Test Day — and beyond!  You’re confident using a webcam and you bring experience engaging students via a live streamed platform.
