Als Service Technicus maak je deel uit van de afdeling Field Service, waarin momenteel 45 specialisten werkzaam zijn. Jij bent voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van (complexe) storingen aan onze producten bij de mensen thuis. Daarnaast verricht je – veelal samen met de installateur – de inbedrijfname van warmtepomp installaties. Iedere dag is anders en bezoek je verschillende klanten.

Je werkzaamheden vinden hoofdzakelijk plaats binnen de regio, maar tijdens vakanties of wanneer de bezetting in een andere regio onvoldoende is, kan het zijn dat je buiten je regio wordt ingezet. Omdat wij ook ‘s avonds en in het weekend onze klanten willen helpen, word je periodiek ingeroosterd in een consignatiedienstrooster.

Functie-eisen

Wat zijn de vereisten?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding (minimaal MBO-3) in de richting van installatietechniek;
  • Je hebt tenminste 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het oplossen van storingen aan CV- en warmtepomp installaties;
  • Je beschikt over bewijs van vakmanschap koolmonoxide (CO-erkenning) 1e monteur werktuigkundige installatie en Service & Onderhoud;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met de nodige hard- en software applicaties;
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B;
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio;

Wat is nog beter?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een F-gassen certificaat of certificaat brandbare koudemiddelen;
  • Je bent in het bezit van het NEN 3140-VP en VCA certificaat;
  • Je hebt jarenlange ervaring met het oplossen van storingen aan Nefit Bosch producten (zowel CV-ketels als warmtepompen)
