• Implement business solutions and ERP including gap analysis for business processes to comply with best practice and resolving implementation issues to ensure on time implementation and accurate reporting for all company information.

• Implement digital transformation technologies to achieve full automation of company processes and reporting.

• Lead large business applications’ implementation projects, including the design and deployment of the new systems and services

• Monitor performance of the systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and work with the technical team to improve the infrastructure

• Help defining systems infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for applications needs

• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new software

• Troubleshoot software issues related to internal systems

• Manage business applications staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.

• Experience and successful full cycle implementation of ERP System.

• Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects in the trading field.

• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems

• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders

• Budget development and oversight experience

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix reporting/support environment to drive optimum results

• Demonstrated ability to direct an organization through internal strategic changes, revenue optimization initiatives, expense control initiatives and a significant compliance landscape while maintaining or enhancing daily service commitments

You will spend most of your time developing clean code with limited abstraction. In this role, you will also mentor team members across functions.
