Digital Transformation Manager (ERP Manager)
Brimore is a social commerce platform, that enables the local manufacturers to overcome the Go-to-Market challenges and grow on a national scale through a powerful commercial arm of ’Individuals’. This network sells and recommends the products in their surrounding circles either to other individuals or to their small trade shops in their streets via all possible channels
Implement business solutions and ERP including gap analysis for business processes to comply with best practice and resolving implementation issues to ensure on time implementation and accurate reporting for all company information.
Implement digital transformation technologies to achieve full automation of company processes and reporting.
Lead large business applications’ implementation projects, including the design and deployment of the new systems and services
Monitor performance of the systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and work with the technical team to improve the infrastructure
Help defining systems infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for applications needs
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new software
Troubleshoot software issues related to internal systems
Manage business applications staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.
Determine the annual applications budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Generate performance reports for the running solutions/systems.
Assure all business applications’ activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Work closely with leadership team to develop Brimore initiatives agenda
Advise on matching data knowledge and insights and adopting IT trends, tools and systems in alignment with Brimore business and strategy
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline; professional certification.
Experience and successful full cycle implementation of ERP System.
Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects in the trading field.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders
Budget development and oversight experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix reporting/support environment to drive optimum results
Demonstrated ability to direct an organization through internal strategic changes, revenue optimization initiatives, expense control initiatives and a significant compliance landscape while maintaining or enhancing daily service commitments
Proven leadership establishing an operating environment of continuous improvement for optimized service quality and/or cost
Odoo experience is a big plus
Experience in Agile management is a plus

Odoo developer, you will participate in development projects for our product, and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations.
Responsibilities Able to identify the requirement and propose good alternative solutions. Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customization).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo development.
