Job Description
As our newest Sales Development Representative you'll join the Growth Team. This team doesn't just grow our customer base, but focuses on growing our team's skills too. There is an emphasis on coaching and support from our sales leaders, along with clear career pathways for everyone in the team. Some of your day to day responsibilities:
- Book, confirm and reschedule product demo appointments with potential new client accounts
- Understand the customer pain points in running an SMB in Australia, and map those to the unique value that the Budgetly system provides
- Develop your outbound calling pitch dynamically to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders in an Aussie SMB
- Demonstrate empathy and build trust in external relationships with our clients
- Meet and exceed monthly expected sales targets
Qualifications
- You have some kind of previous sales experience, ideally with outbound sales
- You’re naturally articulate and have great interpersonal skills
- You listen carefully and show strong empathy to our customers
- You have self awareness of your strengths and areas for growth, with a strong drive to reach your goals
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated, you’re able to embrace change in a quickly evolving environment
- You believe in our mission and our values resonate with you
This role pays $65-75k + Super, depending on experience.
The total package includes Commission + ESOP, with OTE of ~ $95k and an uncapped commission plan.
Candidates must have full Australian Work Rights and based in Australia to be considered for this role.
