Your role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are looking for an experienced lawyer who has a proven track record of being a trusted advisor for Bus.com’s rapidly growing business.
You will perform a variety of complex and specialized legal activities to protect Bus.com’s interests, ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and provide sound legal advice to the company.

Bus.com is looking for a tech savvy Sales Administrative Assistant! Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for supporting Bus.com’s sales org as a key member of the sales operations team. In this high-growth environment, we will be training and honing the skills you need to seek strategic business opportunities to continue our disruption in the private bus industry.
To be successful in this role, you must be committed to boosting sales and contributing to our long-term business growth, with the ultimate objective of ensuring all sales team needs are met and to ensure any client or operator issues that arise are being attended too in a timely fashion This role will not only be key in establishing the value of the Sales Administrative Assistant function within our organization, but it is also considered a training-ground for advancement in the company within the sales org, as well as our emerging career paths within other parts of the business. About the Role:

You’ll be helping event organizers and riders use our platform, answer any questions and make suggestions on trip feasibility, pricing, availability, logistics, policies, etc. You’ll be on the front line for emergencies. Your role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Call Center Representative will be in charge of answering daily calls to transit passengers. You will be the trusted point of contact and the face of Bus.com. You will be responsible for the full cycle of a passenger activity post-booking, from the point when a trip is booked to post-trip follow-up. What makes the role unique is that you will work internally with seasoned startup and transportation industry experts, and externally with our Bus Partners and customers as you match customers to vehicle suppliers, coordinate reservation changes, update itineraries, and keep ongoing communication with all stakeholders in our marketplace.
Role would serve Part-Time hours between 8AM-6PM, EST on Weekdays.
