CausaLens are seeking an experienced Customer Value Director to lead our work driving measurable business value & ROI from our Causal AI Platform Deployments. This pivotal role will involve setting the framework and structure for the Customer Value teams to identify Causal AI opportunities, structuring business cases, establishing winning relationships with our senior client stakeholders, measuring value realization and ensuring a clear playbook for embedding our Platform and solutions in client organizations. You will be responsible for scaling a world class team of Customer Value consultants and will lead the CV work on our most pivotal client engagements to drive customer success.
This is a key role, working within the CRO function, and partnering with our General Managers and Account Directors across industry to help our scaling ambition.
You will...
Establish playbooks for maximizing recurring revenue through a client centric focus on ROI and enterprise adoption of causaLens suite of solutions.
Ensure CV team members drive measurable business value and ROI for customers by identifying improvement opportunities, structuring business cases, overseeing solutions, measuring value realized and driving the embedding of solutions into client organizations across technical and functional areas.
Ensure CV team members and wider account teams (General Managers, Account directors, Applied data scientists) drive end user adoption of causaLens on their engagements by producing quality deliverables in: pilot success, end user rollout planning, enablement strategies and execution
Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables produced by CV team members to meet customer objectives focused on driving business value and adoption at the pilot stage and throughout the lifetime of our engagements.
Ensure client facing teams articulate their results in both the language of the client and through the lens of customer value.
Communicate with senior client stakeholders, manage escalations and navigate challenging situations with positive and balanced results
Define and continuously improve the CV methodology to drive outcomes and consistency
Work collaboratively with and influence other departments, especially Applied Data Science, Product, Sales, to promote customer satisfaction and achieve business unit and company goals
Recruit and develop a high-performing CV team, developing career paths for team members that allow for growth and development
Lead and manage a team of 8 - 10 Customer Value Consultants
Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, morale, resource allocation, team motivation and training

We are looking for a Senior Engineer in DevOps based in London to join our Core Infrastructure team in building a platform to optimise every business on the planet. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Engineer first focusing on DevOps and automation, you’ll be responsible for implementing key parts of core infrastructure as code and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of new and existing infrastructure.
