As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and managing the infrastructure that powers our next-gen business travel solutions. You’ll work directly with our development and IT teams to streamline deployments, automate processes, and ensure our systems are optimized for performance, security, and future growth. This role also involves supporting our legacy co-located infrastructure as we migrate fully to the cloud.

 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining robust infrastructure to meet our evolving business needs:

  • Build and Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery across teams.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to manage our cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and consistency.
  • Automation and Scripting: Create and maintain scripts in languages such as Bash or Python to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Architect and manage multi-cloud solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Legacy System Support and Migration: Provide support for co-located infrastructure while facilitating a secure, efficient migration to the cloud.
  • Monitoring, Alerting, and Optimization: Experience with monitoring, alerting, and optimization tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar experience).
  • Configuration Management: Use configuration management tools, such as Salt, Chef, Puppet, or similar, to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Security and Best Practices: Follow and implement DevOps and security standards to create secure, compliant, and resilient systems.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking an experienced DevOps engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or similar roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform (both essential).
  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation, focusing on reliability and repeatability.
  • Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: VPNs, firewalls, routing, load balancing, and basic network security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and optimization tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Salt, Chef, Puppet, or similar).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including secure configurations and proactive vulnerability management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with development and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding experience in modern programming languages is a plus.
  • Background in supporting high-availability, scalable infrastructure for enterprise applications.

We are seeking a Senior Product/UX Designer with 6+ years of experience. You'll work on creating designs that meet customer & business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams from ideation through launch. Your portfolio showcases big, campaignable thinking, dedication to the craft, and an understanding of user experience research. You are a customer-focused and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive creative solutions from start to finish
  • Be organized and show attention to detail in all work
  • Be the voice of the customer and dive deep on user research
  • Take ownership of the product area and help define & measure success
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization on projects
  • Articulate, present, and defend design strategy and execution to executive leadership
  • Work with PMs (Product Management) to translate requirements into designs and delightful experiences
  • Work with client services and user experience research teams to understand client and end user needs, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Network across the org and find new opportunities for design to improve the business

  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • 6+ years of product design experience
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

  • Experience with web and mobile design and responsive design principles

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ticketing and support with high accuracy
  • Interpret and enforce various client travel policies when making reservations

    • Split tickets
    • Multiple segments

    • Manual pricing/ticketing when necessary
  • Customer-centric phone skills, active listening, and issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously

Standard Shift Hours:
