As theCommercial Managerwithin Strategic Finance & Innovation,you will serve as an integral member of Clearsulting. You will serve as an advisor and champion commercial go-to-market activities including strategic alliance activities, and organic business development and sales. Our Strategic Finance & Innovation practice will be your internal customer. You will help bring our business strategies to life by working with our teams to execute our alliance strategies and business development plans. This role will support our existing alliance within our Strategic Finance & Innovation practice.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years of Strategic Alliances experience (professional services strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of Strategic Alliance leading practices and ability to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to drive sustainable change
  • Highly proficient at researching, organization, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to support organic go-to-market, and sales activities embedding leading practice sales cycle support activities
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) technology providers and overall market and related strategies to grow relationships with those providers (Alteryx / Savant Labs preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Own consistent, continual improvement of the Clearsulting Alliance Management framework and establish standard tools and enablers for the SFI Practice to adopt and grow Strategic Alliance partner relationships.
  • Partner with SFI Practice leadership and commercial teams to integrate alliance and commercial strategy into annual and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with SFI Practice commercial teams on tactical alliance marketing plans and execution.
  • Work with SFI Practice teams to understand progress against plans and identify and resolve challenges.
  • Develop relationships with Alliance leadership and sales teams to grow Clearsulting brand, pipeline and overall capability awareness.
  • Support, coach on and directly manage alliance escalations as well as help Practices navigate any Alliance conflict.
  • Engage with our Client Relationship, Practice Commercial, and Consulting teams to support account expansion.

    Responsibilities and Required Skills:

    • Execute full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
    • Translate business requirements to technical solution designs
    • Design OneStream solutions based on leading practice system design principles that meet business requirements
    • Knowledge of the CPM/EPM landscape and technologies such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
    • Lead CPM/EPM system implementations across full SDLC lifecycle with robust documentation, meeting deadlines and budgets
    • Lead conversations with Finance leaders and CFOs regarding their strategic agenda for CPM/EPM and provide meaningful insights

    Qualifications and Desired Skills:

    • 4+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience (consulting experience strongly preferred)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering; MBA or other Master’s Degree a plus
    • Experience with multiple full-lifecycle OneStream implementations
    • Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc.
    • Deep technical knowledge of OneStream functionality, development, data integrations, and the like
    • Ability to lead teams through design sessions and lead technical design and build throughout an implementation

      • 2+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus
      • At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered)

      • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
