The Cloudbeds Integrations Team is focused on connecting to 3rd party software providers to meet the wide range of needs of our lodging business customers.  From Guest Messaging to Accounting, we are connecting to the best platforms 

Cloudbeds is looking for a highly skilled and experiencedProduct Manager for API Integrationswho will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams in order to drive a product to market and beyond. This will entail in-depth feature research into various implementation options resulting in the recommendation for a specific solution, as well as continually measuring and iterating on that feature’s success after go-live. The optimal candidate for this role is familiar with cross-platform API connectivity, ideally within the travel space. The optimal candidate also understands how to leverage frameworks for design thinking, user research, go-to-market strategies, and success measurement. Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption is a must. 

Location:Remote - US or Canada

What You Will Do:

  • Own end-to-end functionality of major Integrations-related products, ensuring full API connectivity from integrations partner through to the Cloudbeds application
  • Own the user experience within Cloudbeds system to provide seamless 3rd party API integrations  
  • Deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications while also being considerate of long-term company goals and partner program requirements
  • Define, develop, communicate and execute a go-to-market plan for various features related to the Cloudbeds Integrations Product
  • Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team
  • Work closely with customers and partners, as well as engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments
  • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for engineering initiatives and product releases
  • Deliver architecturally aware, delightful products to our customers
  • Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of Integrations Product features

You’ll Succeed With:

  • 6+ years of proven record working on and delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences
  • Strong proficiency in technical APIs and integrations methodology
  • Experienced with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, product marketing, overall execution, and iteration.
  • Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably within a Scrum team
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, both speaking and in writing
  • Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success. 
  • A natural talent for mediating competing interests and finding creative solutions, while positioning yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable partner
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions

Bonus Points For:

  • Past experience building and delivering products and solutions involving API connectivity
  • Past experience working on integrations solutions within travel technology
  • Past experience as a project and/or product manager for a hospitality or software company
  • MBA or other graduate-level degrees
  • Certification in Product Ownership through either Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org. This could be either Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills

  • Minimum 1 year working in a Sales Enablement organization
  • Proficiency in developing e-learning courseware using top industry software
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
