Corra is looking for a Software Development Manager to join our team. The Software Development Manager oversees a functional team of Technical Leads. As a Software Development Manager you are both a leader and an expert in Magento. You will manage your team of Technical leads on new ecommerce projects, from initial business development and discovery phases through implementation and deployment of the projects. In addition, they will maintain and enhance existing ecommerce websites while adhering to best practices. Preferably an experienced ecommerce professional, the Technical Lead will have a passion for researching and learning the latest digital technologies.

Senior Project Manager wanted by Corra Technology, Inc. in Montclair, NJ. Manage multiple
software development and other technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
own the SDLC process, adhere to Corra’s PMO methodologies, and keep abreast on the effective
process steps required to execute a project successfully and deliver business value early; actively
direct and manage the project lifecycle from project kickoff through development, testing, and
launch; work with Development team members to estimate the resources and participants
required to achieve project goals; work with other department managers to plan team members’
resource allocations; conduct periodic project reviews with key client stakeholders, sponsors and
leaders to provide progress and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions, and mitigate risks;

using Jira in an Agile environment; four (4) years of experience planning and managing resource
allocation for e-commerce projects; four (4) years of experience providing thought leadership,
strategic insight, and clear communications to all team members and client stakeholders; (4)
years of experience working in software development life cycle (SDLC) using online
collaboration tools, and mainstream project management software which must include
experience with Jira, Git Hub, confluence and Bit bucket; four (4) years of experience leading
offshore development teams through all SDLC phases while conducting technical reviews and
providing technical solutions and architecture artifacts. Three (3) years of experience integrating
Magento-based e-commerce projects with mainstream ERP providers such as Microsoft

The ideal candidate will display both creativity to ideate campaigns, and project management skills to carry out the work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and launch ABM campaigns to successfully engage strategic accounts moving them effectively though the buyer’s journey.
Work with the sales team to understand unique account opportunity scenarios and guide the team on the best ways to engage with their top accounts.
Regularly communicate feedback from the field to marketing to drive campaign and messaging evolution.
Partner with the clients success team to successfully onboard customers.
Assists in upselling and renewal work where applicable.
Create surprise and delight opportunities throughout the year, as well as manage celebratory client moments.
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs , such as awards programs, community forums, and ongoing nurture campaigns.
Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.
Propose, drive and measure ROI across all projects and campaigns.
Assist with general marketing initiatives where needed.
REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of relevant Account Based Marketing experience
