Cross Screen Media is a media analytics & software startup that gives customers a new way to plan and measure video advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a part-time Graphic Design contractor to create designs to support our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand design objectives and take creative initiative. They will work with the marketing team to ideate and develop designs for a B2B audience.

This is a part-time, contract, 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and revise graphics and marketing materials quickly and accurately.
    • Create design templates for social media, sales collateral, website elements, PowerPoint decks, and other marketing needs.
    • Translate data into visually appealing layouts and infographics.
    • Comply with corporate identity standards while taking creative initiative.


    • Experience using advanced graphics software such as Adobe’s Creative Suite
    • Strong technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent design suite
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • A strong portfolio that displays creativity and technical ability
    • Ability to meet deadlines and identify and work around obstacles

      We are looking to hire a Product Manager. In this role, you’ll partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to lead product discovery, use your findings to craft a compelling product vision, and then lead the delivery of the solution. This person will play a significant role in owning execution of key initiatives that push our brand and business forward.

      In this role, you have the option to work from home in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones preferred). You are welcome to join our in-person team if you live near our Washington, DC area office.

      This position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

      What you’ll do:

      As a Product Manager for Cross Screen Media, your responsibilities will include:

      • Lead strategy, discovery, and delivery for a set of Cross Screen Media’s television planning and measurement products.
      • Develop a deep appreciation for and understanding of local television buyers and sellers and the software solutions that will make their lives better
      • Partner closely with other business functions such as engineering, data science, and UX to deliver on your visions and roadmap.
      • Be a collaborative and engaged member of the Go to Market team partnering with marketing and sales.
      • Be the subject expert on your product area, supporting sales, customers success and an in-house activation team. Engage with clients, prospects and vendors on a regular basis.

      What you bring:

      • You are experienced with television campaign planning and/or measurement systems and understand the nuances of cross-screen marketing campaigns
      • You are passionate about improving the planning, activation, and measurement of local television marketing campaigns
      • You know how to set both long and short term goals, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
      • You support your decisions with data and research
      • You enjoy collaborating with other product managers, engineers, product marketing and sales colleagues. Engaging with clients, prospects, and vendors is a highlight of your week.
      • You enjoy being part of the sales process.
      • You have 4+ years of Product Management experience paired with excellent speaking, writing, and analytical skills
      • You are comfortable presenting to large and small audiences inside and outside the company.
      • You have the ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions and a track record of making significant, self-directed contributions to your product.
      • You are adaptable and work well in a dynamic environment, where job responsibilities may change quickly
      • You have an obsession with learning about television’s quickly changing landscape. You consistently seek out new ways to expand your skills as a product manager.
