What does a day look like for you here?
Working on home-based basis, you'll be part of a friendly team that consists of other Analysts and Specialists with different levels of experience, providing support to our customers for incident resolution and requests. Your team knows how to get the job done but also have a laugh too. We spend enough time at work, why not have fun along the way? You'll start your day by checking the on-going tickets in your queue to see if there are any updates to get up to speed. Once updated, you'll answer incoming calls from customers throughout the day and do your best to resolve any issues they might be experiencing.
You should always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible but there will be instances when you'll need that extra bit of help. In those instances, you can escalate tickets to help get a speedy resolution and continue delighting our customers. You will support a wide range of Daisy customers from Solicitors to other internal IT Teams that have a query. The support you provide is normally done over the phone, but there will be tickets you can resolve via email as well.

You will embark on a transformative 15 month Sales Graduate program across key business areas of Service Desk, Business Support, Retentions, Validations and Project Management to gain a solid understanding of Daisy. You will then move into our Sales Exposure areas, to gain an insight into the direction you see your career taking.
Throughout the program, you will take part in a number of skills builder weeks, to enable you to hone those crucial power skills to drive forward your career, including self confidence, resilience, time management, emotional intelligence and presentation skills.
Towards the end of the scheme each Graduate will be assessed and a suitable post Graduate Scheme role will be discussed and assigned.
Apprenticeship:
Successful candidates will also have access to a fully funded Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship program. This will be completed over a period of 18 months, and will include online and face to face masterclasses, private study and on the job learning.

What does a day look like for you here?
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Sales Specialists, your key objectives will be to support the day-to-day management of the Sales Specialist team including coaching, mentoring, forecasting and pipeline-building. In addition you will assist with sales meetings and conversations, processes and driving performance. You will be supporting with coaching & development.
You will also collaborate with other Sales Team Managers / Team Leaders to achieve a cohesive and successful working relationship between teams. Coordinate development and training within the team will be carried out to ensure that all members are developing their own career as well as their capability of identifying and converting new business.
As a Team Leader, you will be carrying out regular 121’s and mentoring and support colleagues and work to deliver for the team rather than the individual. In addition to creating new deployments the engineer will also be expected to assist other members of the EUDM Team in ensuring that existing deployments are monitored, and any corrective actions are taken.
