ABOUT THE ROLE
Egnyte is seeking a detail-oriented and visionary Marketing Operations Manager with advanced expertise in Marketo and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be an Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engaged Business Practitioner, possessing a strong background in leveraging software architecture to improve business processes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations this role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing operations and ensuring the execution of effective strategies that align with our business objectives. The candidate should have a focus on implementing the most effective scalable solutions rather than the simplest.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Design, implement, and optimize vital processes and automation that uphold best practices in Marketo and Salesforce.
● Lead collaborative efforts across various teams to fine-tune and optimize workflows, ensuring superior project outcomes that align with strategic business goals.
● Advanced understanding of Marketing Channels, Lifecycle, Scoring, Custom Syncs and overarching Marketo fundamentals.
● Assist with troubleshooting in relation to Marketo lead flow, program structure or system performance.
● Champion the execution and optimization of marketing operations projects, prioritizing meticulousness and strategic alignment over convenience, to drive business results.
● Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including the management and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
● Ability to collaborate on solutioning across systems to select the best path, aligning with scalable business objectives.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
● Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engaged Business Practitioner.
● Salesforce Education or Certification is highly preferred.
● Familiarity with technologies such as email creation platforms (Stensul), webinar platforms (Zoom Webinar), chatbots (Drift), email verification tools (StrikeIron), virtual event platforms (Zoom Events), and CRM (Salesforce).
● 5+ Years of proven experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role within a tech/SaaS environment.
● Deep understanding of Global Compliance Laws and how they impact our organizations initiatives.
● Experience with connecting third party tools into Marketo through native and custom integrations.
● Ability to work a shifted schedule, overlapping with U.S working hours.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream. Marketing/Technology qualification is advantageous.

● Develop, maintain, and optimize the semantic layer architecture in dbt, ensuring accurate and efficient data modeling that supports business intelligence, insights, and analytical needs
● Design, build, and validate data transformation pipelines to create data models

The Monetization Infrastructure team is responsible for all the systems that power Egnyte’s back office: billing, customer intake, account lifecycle and many others. We seek a Technical Engineering Leader (Python) to oversee a small team of experienced engineers, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise. This role primarily involves hands-on software engineering while also embracing leadership responsibilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Leadthe Monetization Infrastructure engineering team in our Poland site, reporting to the Platform Engineering VP.
● Behands-on and lead from the front; provide technical inputs and direction to the group as necessary. Participate and contribute to system designs and code reviews.
● Ensurehigh quality operation of the systems under your responsibility. Drive a culture of ownership and continuous operational improvement.
● Collaboratewith key stakeholders, such as Finance, Product Management and other Engineering groups to implement end-to-end use cases and support high quality of service.
● Provide business context and supporting operations for all team members, setting up team-specific processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
● Managed engineering teams in SaaS product companies - Team/Tech lead experience is sufficient
● Hands-on: understand and be able to contribute to system designs. Past background as a full-stack staff engineer, or architect with a track record of releasing widely adopted solutions.
● Pastbackground in Python (mandatory) and Java (desirable).
● Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and infrastructure as code concepts is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We storemultibillionfiles and multiple petabytes of data. We observe more than 11K API requests per second on average. To make that possible and to provide the best possible experience, we rely on great engineers. For us, people who own their work, from start to finish, are integral. Our engineers are part of the process from design to code, to test, to deployment and back again for further iterations. You can, and will, touch every level of the infrastructure depending on the day and what project you are working on. The ideal candidate should be able to take a complex problem and execute end to end. Mentor and set higher standards for the rest of the team and for the new hires.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including the onboarding process for thechannel. The average Egnyte partner is a managed IT services provider who resells Egnyte as part of their managed services offering. We also service several value-added resellers (VAR partners) and referral partners as well. In addition, the role primarily consists of supporting the Egnyte Partner Portal (PRM), Zendesk tickets, and handling Purchase Orders. The ideal candidate will have technical and CRM experience.
