Scope:

 

Working independently, prepares and updates detailed Program plans and schedules. Manages multiple program schedules of high complexity. Monitors team performance against schedule goals for a large and complex set of work packages for major programs.  Mentors other schedulers and program team members in creating schedules and related tasks. Identifies and analyzes variances from program performance goals.  Uses the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) in reporting performance against an established baseline and recommends corrective actions.

1.      Creates and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) according to customer requirements and published standards.  Using expert judgment and familiarity with standard development processes, applies recommended resources to tasks in order to satisfy company and customer requirements.

 

2.      Working in intense and changing situations, develops schedules as part of a proposal team on major efforts that contribute to the success of company strategy. . 

 

3.      Assists in setting the Performance Management Baseline (PMB), and in leading the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).Inputs baseline data into applicable tools (MS Project and Cobra).

 

4.      Works as a key member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to assist the Program Manager in driving accountability toward achieving the cost, schedule, and scope baseline, by leading quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs). Provides regular communication to team members and leadership on the variance to the plan, and helps establish corrective actions.

 

5.      Evaluates status and reports problem areas to the project team.  Maintains accurate and timely metrics associated with team performance against the plan. Considers trends and recommends corrective actions. Performs critical path analysis over the duration of the programs.

 

6.      Completes, as well as mentors others in the development of program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Control Accounts, work packages, planning packages, and associated dictionaries.

 

4.    Reviews and evaluates current scheduling methodology on a continual basis. Reviews and mentors others in completion of scheduling tasks.

 

5.    Performs special projects and studies as required. Identifies potential pitfalls, and makes recommendations to mitigate. 8.    Manages the preparation of contract deliverables relating to the IMS and IMP as required. 

 

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Software or related discipline with 6-9 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description

The Information Systems Security Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable security regulations and performing all security related duties as required at the assigned facility(ies). This entails the design and successful execution of an IT security program which exceeds customer expectations, and minimizes security risks. He or she must apply a comprehensive knowledge of information technology security principles, practices and procedures to develop, implement, and manage the overall information system security program to support the FSO of the facility. Ensures assigned Information Systems (IS) are properly managed, according to the DoD 5220.22-M the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other security directives as required.

  • Establishes, documents, implements, and monitors the Information System (IS) Security Program and related procedures for the facility.
  • Ensures Information System (IS) compliance in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the DSS Assessment and Authorization Process manual (DAAPM).
  • Ensure that other supported policies and procedures may be required for the certification and accreditation process which maybe mandated by the Customer or other U.S. Government agency.
  • Ensures the development, documentation and presentation of IS security education, awareness and training activities for IS personnel, users, and others, as appropriate.
  • Conduct self-inspections to ensure that the IS function is operating as accredited and that accreditation conditions have not changed.
  • Ensures the development of facility procedures to govern marking, handling, controlling, removing, transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying media and equipment containing classified information.
  • Reports IS security incidents to the Facility Security Officer; assuring proper protection or corrective measures have been taken when an incident/vulnerability has been discovered.
  • Implements security features for the detection of malicious code, viruses, and intruders (hackers), as appropriate or needed.
  • Inform the Customer, U.S Government Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and FSO of security relevant changes to accredited information systems as required.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining an IS security audit and accountability program.
  • If applicable, responsible for the oversight and continued training and education of Information System Security Officer(s) (ISSO).
  • Ability to translate understanding of the organization's goals and objectives into compliance requirements.
  • Provides quarterly updates and presentations regarding program status.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Other assigned duties, as assigned by the CISO, related to security investigations.
  • May require international travel and passport: How much travel – < 25%

 

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or Information Security-Required
  • 5-10 years experience in Functional, Management, and Industry

Job Description

The Aircraft Mechanic & Lead Mechanicperforms organizational and intermediate level maintenance on UC-35 aircraft.  Is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing and modifying aircraft systems to ensure continued airworthiness.  These tasks are performed on avionics and electrical systems, environmental systems, engines, flight controls and airframe components.  Repairs are performed using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.  Reads and interprets manufacturers’ and airline’s maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.  Performs servicing, troubleshooting and repairs on aviation ground support equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The following tasks are examples of the effort required to perform the duties outlined in the purpose of the position.  The list is not all-inclusive.

Aircraft Mechanic - Major work tasks/responsibilities

  • Comply with written company maintenance and logistics procedures.
  • Comply with FAA regulations as applicable.
  • Know, understand and comply with the requirements outlined in the Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) statement of work.
  • Comply with aircraft records procedures and outlined in DA Pam 738-751.
  • Ensure aircraft discrepancies are properly recorded and corrected in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and within the terms of the contract.
  • Know and understand the functions and requirements of the Aerodyn computerized maintenance software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized place.
  • Perform aircraft recovery missions as necessary.
  • Deploy to overseas locations with unit aircraft to support operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by M7 Management.

Lead – Additional work tasks/responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily aircraft mission and maintenance schedule with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
  • Provide written and verbal reports to the Regional Manager and M7 Program management Office and status of aircraft.
  • Collect and submit timesheets in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate the work effort to site personnel in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE, SKILL, AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum of two years flight line experience with specific experience on UC-35 (Citation V Ultra/Encore) aircraft preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a valid FAA Aircraft & Power plant (A&P) license for a minimum of two years and shows compliance with FAR 65.83, recent experience requirements
  • Be physically able to deploy with unit aircraft to overseas locations.
  • Obtain/maintain secret security clearance.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work is usually conducted in an office, warehouse and aircraft hangar atmosphere.
  • Exposed to typical aircraft maintenance conditions such as engine noise, riveting, dust and chemical fumes, none of which to the extent of being intolerable. Hearing, vision and breathing protection provided in appropriate areas.
  • Some exposure to elements of weather when traveling and/or commuting between buildings.
  • May require extensive travel.

  • Develops plans and monitors performance against schedule baselines for a large and complex set of work packages across the company portfolio.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Leads and inspires direct reports in timely and accurate completion of program schedules and updates.
  • Ensures work is appropriately spread across available resources, including self as an individual contributor, and performs resource capacity analysis.
  • Provides functional support and mentorship to schedulers, including those that do not have a direct reporting relationship.

  • Working with IT, ensures there is current accounting for application licenses such as COBRA, MS Project, Steelray, and OnePager. Ensures tools are up to date with the necessary versions
  • Supports the PMO budget preparation and analysis.
  • Leads initiatives for process improvements in the area of scheduling and program management.
  • Implements and maintains the Integrated Baseline Review process. Ensures programs are consistently measured against the baseline.
  • Ensures WBS structure is created per MIL-STD 881 process.
  • Working with finance, ensures consistent application of program reserves in accordance with industry and financial standards.
  • Keeps the Sr. Director, Program Management Office apprised of ongoing activities and issues. Attends various management reviews as needed.

Job Description

Working under general guidance, creates and updates detailed program plans and schedules. Manages multiple program schedules of varying complexity. Monitors team performance against schedule goals for a large and complex set of work packages for major programs.

Identifies and analyzes variances from program performance goals. Uses the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) in reporting performance against an established baseline and recommends corrective actions.

1. Creates and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) according to customer requirements and published standards. Applies recommended resources in order to satisfy company and customer requirements.

2. Prepares schedules as part of a proposal team for large efforts.

3. Assists in setting the Performance Management Baseline (PMB), and in leading the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). Inputs baseline data into applicable tools (MS Project and Cobra).

4. Works as a key member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to assist the Program Manager in driving accountability toward achieving the cost, schedule, and scope baseline. Assists in quarterly Estimates at Completion. Provides regular communication to team members and leadership on variance to the plan, and helps establish corrective actions.

5. Evaluates status and reports problem areas to the project team. Considers trends and recommends corrective actions. Performs critical path analysis over the duration of the programs.

6. Assists in the development of program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Control Accounts, work packages, planning packages, and associated dictionaries.

7. Reviews and evaluates current scheduling methodology on a continual basis.

8. Performs special projects and studies as required. Assists program managers by researching and gathering specific data (resources, schedule duration, activity constraints and relationship of activities) required for coordination and establishment of program plans and schedules used to monitor and assess program, team or functional progress. Identifies deviations from established plans and develops recovery plans and actions.

9. Leads initiatives for process and quality improvements. Identifies improvements to scheduling processes and tools which lead to positive results in product quality. Maintains accurate and timely metrics associated with Program Schedule performance.

10. Prepares contract deliverables relating to the IMS and IMP as required.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in project oriented/engineering environment, preferably in Aerospace & Defense.
  • Knowledge of government accounting rules and regulation, defense contractor accounting principles, EVMS and critical path management.
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling and variance analysis of multiple large/complex programs, in varied types/phases of program life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management in accordance with EIA 748 standards, to include: Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Performance Management Baseline (PMB), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), as well as associated risk tools and analysis.
  • Experience with customer relationships/deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with software tools to include: Microsoft Project, Cobra, Primavera, and Excel.
  • Proficiency with the COBRA EV tool, or similar software, is required.
