Overview 

We are seeking a seasoned, technical Relationship Manager to join our team.  As the primary point of contact, Relationship Managers become adept at understanding customer needs and desires, and translating them into specific IT project requirements or support requests. Relationship Managers will develop quarterly roadmaps and annual budgets for each customer. They also will ensure that customers receive all the exceptional level of support offered in our managed services program. Overview 

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the Finance team at Electric. In this position, you will handle accounting operations within the company, and verify financial records and transactions. You must have keen attention to detail and maintain account balances, financial statements, general ledger, and all reports.

What you’ll do 

  • Responsible for the month-end close process and financial statement review, including variance analysis for financial statements
  • Responsible for daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as necessary
  • Work with external auditors for year-end financial statement audits
  • Develop and document business processes and recommend accounting policies to create, maintain & strengthen internal controls while ensuring GAAP compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of public accounting experience (audit is a plus)

Electric’s Information Security team is seeking an Information Security GCR Analyst to be an integral part of our growing InfoSec team managing the compliance program. Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team at Electric. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and fine-tune the systems and processes tied to marketing-related measurement and analytics, marketing automation, marketing infrastructure, and data management. This role works in close partnership with multiple teams across Marketing, Customer Experience, Product and Revenue Operations.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the technical aspects of marketing operations, open to iterating for constant improvement and using data to drive decision making.  The ideal candidate is someone who can collaborate with others to establish a strategy and is also comfortable executing the day-to-day operations.  

What you’ll do 

  • Optimize the marketing tech stack and operational processes to support growth marketing objectives and produce led growth
  • Improve the lead-to-revenue process to achieve goals through the funnel; as well as track conversations at each stage of the customer journey across campaigns and channels
  • Provide insights on campaign performance through a range of metrics and dashboards to help drive pipeline using growth marketing tactics
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo, Gainsight) used to generate, distribute, and report on prospects
    • Work in the marketing automation system (Marketo), including management of assets, integrations, tracking, and reporting.
  • Create a marketing database strategy to support general health and growth in various market segments
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management in Salesforce and Marketo
  • Optimize the marketing technology stack to help the marketing team drive efficiency in the execution of programs and campaigns; this could include evaluating new marketing technologies and add-on applications
  • Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals and OKRs

Who you are

  • 3+ years of marketing automation and/or marketing operations experience at a product led growth company
  • In-depth experience with building and scaling in a Marketing Automation Platform like Marketo; Marketo-certified is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required; Gainsight experience is a plus
  • Experience with lead-routing software is preferred (e.g. LeanData, RingLead, Tray.io)
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
  • Experience in the strategy, design, and implementation of the lead-to-revenue process – definitions, stages and statuses, data mapping and syncing, and SLAs from a product led growth and growth marketing perspective

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will support the success of the Electric sales and marketing teams.
