The Role:            

The Director of GTM Enablement and Sales Training will partner with Sales, Marketing and others to ensure our sellers are equipped with the most current go-to-market strategy, messaging, and tools to successfully sell our solution. The role will oversee the development and delivery of programs and curriculum that ensure sales professionals have the required skills, processes and behaviors to optimize every interaction with our prospects and customers. This is a highly collaborative role, working across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations and L&D.

What you will do:

Sales Messaging & Strategy

  • Creates, maintains, continuously improves, and instructs sellers in sales messaging and methodology
  • Partners with sellers to help win the sale, including, helping the sales representative with the resources needed to support the sale and manage their pipelines
  • Partners with product marketing and distributes the most current marketing content and messaging to sellers. Implements the GTM strategy for new launches, renewals and campaigns
  • Helps to create and maintain customer and competitor profiles working closely with Product Marketing
  • Identifies gaps and provides one-on-one coaching as needed, in partnership with sales managers

Training, Tools & Processes

  • Delivers live and virtual training to onboard new team members to Sales at Elevate K-12 and provides ongoing training to existing team members as needed, in partnership with L&D
  • Collaborates with Sales Leadership for ongoing sales training needs and feedback on existing programs
  • Partners with revenue operations to implement sales tools and processes aligned to the stages of the sales cycle. Defines and instructs sellers in best practices for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Creates and distributes resources with speed so the seller can react to customer needs and movement in the moment
  • Houses, maintains, and ensures compliance on all resources created

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, including recent hands-on experience building and delivering programs
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise sales
  • Experience with Salesforce and common sales tools such as Sales Loft
  • Experience creating and running trainings, coaching sales teams
  • Management experience a plus

The Role:

We are looking for thoughtful and engaging Account Executives who are hungry for our mission.  You will be responsible for booking business while developing and strengthening relationships with school districts and individual schools within the districts. This role is for someone fearless in engaging in peer-to-peer conversations around education while building trust-based long-term relationships!

What You Will Do:                                

  • Building your book of business and own the relationships in schools anddistricts 
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment  
  • Generate new business activities with the support of a Sales Development Representative 
  • Create and foster deep relationships with new and existing customers across many stakeholders 
  • Work with our school districts to understand their problems and find ways to position Elevate as a long-term partner 
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the renewal health of partner districts 
  • Cross-functional collaboration within Operations and other departments  
  • Up to 30% travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • Track record of success selling into the K-12 space
  • Prior experience working in K-12 educational system a plus (I.E. Principal, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach or Teacher) 
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with prospects  
  • Able to handle complexity in sales cycle to sell to district level officials
  • Structured, strategic approach to building and expanding relationships  
  • Experience working cross-functionally

The Role:  

The Product Design team ensures that each touchpoint of the customer journey is carefully crafted to provide a useful, usable, and delightful experience. This includes ensuring cohesion across marketing, sales and engineering, while keeping a keen focus on our customers: the teachers, schools and students whose educational experience is at the heart of our business. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you are a designer, builder, thinker, and evangelist with comprehensive industry knowledge and design sensibility. You will help build and shape the future of our products by contributing to design across all its primary functions including UER, mockups, design principles and frameworks. 

The Product Design function at Elevate K-12 is multi-disciplinary – we work with product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, marketing and more. You will collaborate with members of other disciplines to design delightful end-to-end user experiences at every touch point. You will be a core part of building our products and constantly advocate for the customers and their experiences in cross-functional settings. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and contribute to the design of multiple products in our portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about building great products, educating K-12 students, and driving business outcomes. You will help product teams create and optimize an experience that is focused on teaching and learning. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Drive end-to-end product design in support of Elevate K-12's vision 
  • Deliver high-impact projects and products. Deliver superior product designs while inspiring, teaching, and supporting your XFN team 
  • Guide UI component development with design tools like Adobe XD and Figma for seamless collaboration between design and development teams
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement assets and ensure robust documentation is accessible to Elevate K-12 employees and customers (teachers, school districts and students) 
  • Establish and maintain best practices for design systems and component libraries, ensuring cohesive and efficient UI design across platforms
  • Facilitate product design presentations for a broad audience, anticipate and address feedback, develop opinions, and gain alignment on product design efforts
  • Engage with team leaders in the design and product org, updated our design framework and processes to meet emerging customer and internal needs

Qualifications: 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in design, or equivalent degree or work experience
  • You have 3-5+ years of experience working as a product designer, or a similar role   
  • You have proven experience fostering strong relationships with cross-functional agile teams
  • You can design and run experiments; take findings, iterate, and improve on designs through evaluative and generative research
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for a broad range of audiences including leadership
  • You bring a growth mindset – you are a seeker of knowledge and growth in areas such as the ed tech market as well as design principles more broadly
