The Program Specialist (PS) is responsible for acting as the liaison between Clients and ePromos.   • Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross functional partners/brands and working with the SAM to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test all online company store initiatives. 
  • Oversees the user experience of assigned Program websites including site navigation, content development, online sales funnels and online promotional campaigns. 
  • Aid the SAM in performing inventory analysis, work with Program Support Coordinator to place inventory orders and to ensure proper inventory turns.

General Tasks:

  • Support the Sales Team with the assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Support the Sales Team in adhering to all Client contract terms.   
  • Understand, interpret, and help the Sales Team ensure all Client brand guidelines are adhered to. 
  • Communicate directly with Client main points of contact, including an on-site presence when possible / applicable. 
  • Step in as the main point of contact assigned Clients when the Sales Team may be out of the office.
  • Assist the Sales Team in executing account growth and penetration strategies for the assigned accounts, always seeking to understand their pain points, areas for growth, and how to be a strategic business partner, not just a supplier.

  • Utilize all tools available such as Salesforce and LinkedIn to research Clients to help flag the Sales Team on sales opportunities. 
  • Support the Sales Team on Client on aging reports and assist in getting Client’s accounts current.
  • Monitor business in process to help assure orders are entered accurately, making sure of clear and concise instructions for ePromos’ internal Teams and supplier partners. 
  • Assist in resolving order issues that arise. 
  • Support the Sales Team and QA Team on any quality issues that may arise on projects.

BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the CMO, the Merchandising Manager, is a key member of the management team responsible for ownership, accountability, and strategic planning of all Merchandising performance data and initiatives. The Role:

Strong collaboration with Supplier Relations, Commercial and Enterprise Sales Teams, Online Store Team, Marketing, and Product Development, to hit and exceed category and company-wide business goals and objectives.

The Program Specialist (PS) is responsible for acting as the liaison between Clients and ePromos. The PS must coordinate and communicate with the Client, internal departments and outside suppliers daily to ensure accurate delivery of the solution sold to the Client.  The Program Specialist will provide the Client’s with idea/solution generation, product research, quoting, artwork, and presentations when necessary.  The PS will be accountable for merchandising, order entry, inventory management, timeline management, expense management, and on time delivery.  The PS will perform follow-up with suppliers and Client to ensure timely shipment of product and customer satisfaction.  The PS will assist the Senior Account Manager in day-to-day tasks, as well as with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges and other queries in both the OTS and the BriteStores platforms.  The Program Specialist should be comfortable resolving Client complaints via phone or email.

  • Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross functional partners/brands and working with the SAM to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test all online company store initiatives. 
  • Oversees the user experience of assigned Program websites including site navigation, content development, online sales funnels and online promotional campaigns. 
  • Aid the SAM in performing inventory analysis, work with Program Support Coordinator to place inventory orders and to ensure proper inventory turns.
  • Utilize ePromos Preferred Supplier Program in merchandising process; create and update a core items collection in which to merchandise Programs.  Complete Co-Op forms for all product SKU’s used in Programs.
