As Compliance Specialist in the Regulatory Compliance Team in the US you will be responsible for market analyses and regulatory license applications for new regulated markets as well as maintaining our existing licenses along with providing support to various stakeholders in relation to internal and external compliance queries.   • Coordinate, process and monitor license obligations for established and new regulated e-gaming markets in the North American jurisdictions
  • Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities for approvals and to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape
  • Assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets
  • Stay up to date with regulatory development and best practice in compliance control within and outside of the company
  • Identify, document and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with compliance requirements and comply with regulations in relevant jurisdictions
  • Develop project plans, reports and schedules to relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE WORKING IN A REGULATORY COMPLIANCE POSITION IN PA WITHIN THE GAMING INDUSTRY

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards.   • Amendments to/extension of existing agreements.
  • Management of renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
  • Advising the organization: (i) on appropriate intellectual property protection measures; (ii) on commercial, as well as legal, aspects of transactions and negotiating with counterparty legal, commercial, and procurement teams.
  • Presentation of legal issues to management together with analysis, options, and recommendations.
  • To cooperate with external legal counsel on crucial issues of the Company, as well as to monitor their activities, including when interests of the Company are represented in court
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Qualifications

  • Law degree (bar exam civil law), Master considered an asset

  • Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; real estate, employment, and data protection law considered an asset;

        We are searching for passionate JavaScript / TypeScript engineers to take an integral part in building a cross-platform web application used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide on iOS, Android and desktop platforms. Our technology stack is modern and based on TypeScript, React and webpack.

          Qualifications

          Requirements:

          • Passion for our profession, in particular front-end development, and improving yourself technically;

          • Monitor and process compliance obligations for soon-to-be regulated and newly regulated e-gaming US states and Canada provinces.

          Job Description

          • Perform highly complex engineering analysis and design in support of operations, systems, programs, audit inspections, and assessments requiring skills and experience gained through application of engineering methods and analysis, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
          • Prepare preliminary design of low voltage, intruder system, fire alarm and public address systems infrastructure for new locations; keep record of changes and amends drawings, as required
          • Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans,

          • Participate in preparing documentation for tender for electrical infrastructure supply and installation; evaluate received proposals and participate in commissioning of systems
          • Develop recommendation and provide an estimate of the new or existing electricals development and improvement

          Qualifications

          • BS degree in fire safety engineering, fire protection technology, or a related engineering field with PE registration (or ability to quickly acquire PE multi-state comity licensure) or equivalent experience; acquire high-level certifications from EPA, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) 
          • 10+ years of experience in fire protection system analysis
          • Experience with new construction and retrofitting existing office/video studio construction is preferred, including maintenance and troubleshooting
          • Ability to collaborate and manage timeline expectations as part of a global project team
          • Experienced project leadership and ability to manage self-directed work independently to complete complex work assignments
          • Strong collaborator and team player with good communication and organization abilities
          • Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
          • Medium Work (Level 3) - Ability to demonstrate physical abilities to include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
