Job Description

  • Monitor and process compliance obligations for soon-to-be regulated and newly regulated e-gaming US states and Canada provinces.
  • Communicate regularly with US and Canada regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
  • Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in newly established and soon-to-be regulated US states and Canada provinces.
  • Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time
  • Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products
  • Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker and collaborative team player
  • Experience of coordinating audits
  • Experience in communicating with with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
  • Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
  • Commercial mindset and business acumen
  • Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
  • Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving mindset
  • Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
  • Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person who can manage and develop People Mobility function across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop Global Mobility function across the organization; 
  • Manage team of Mobility Specialists;  
  • Partnering with company stakeholders to provide flawless people mobility services;
  • Together with business leaders establish and maintain procedures and policies related to Global Mobility;
  • Cooperate with Immigration Agencies to establish mobility network across the company; 
  • Present business leaders with forecasts and immigration regulation updates both in the Republic of Latvia and globally; 
  • Manage international assignments and expatriate management within the company;
  • Cooperate with Talent Acquisition team to execute relocation process of new colleagues;
  • Consult and guide mobility specialists of other locations on company mobility concept; 
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for company employees to provide mobility related consultations to the US, Canada, Europe, CIS and other countries as needed;
  • Perform end-to-end relocation of international employees within network of Company entities;
  • Ensure and oversee administration of mobility related formalities and act on behalf of company to ensure timely cooperation with respective institution in regards work permits, immigration queries, and insurances;
  • Manage formalities in connection with employee posting to other company locations;
  • Ensure timely submission of annual TRP applications to OCMA on behalf of the company and manage the process of appointments for annual TRP registration at OCMA for relocated employees;
  • Maintain information on expiration dates of residence permits/ID cards for international employees (Non-EU and EU)

Qualifications

•    Experience in Global Mobility function; 
•    Previous experience in cooperation with/in Human, Resources, Finance or Tax and other internal stakeholders; 
•    Very good general understanding on Immigration regulations;
•    Practical experience in management of relocation process to-from Eastern/Western Europe;
•    Experience in managing short/long-term assignments;
•    Cooperation with Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, Investment and Development Agencies and other Immigration related governmental authorities; 
•    University degree;
•    Excellent knowledge of English;
•    Russian language preferred;

Job Description

  • Perform highly complex engineering analysis and design in support of operations, systems, programs, audit inspections, and assessments requiring skills and experience gained through application of engineering methods and analysis, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare preliminary design of low voltage, intruder system, fire alarm and public address systems infrastructure for new locations; keep record of changes and amends drawings, as required
  • Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans,
  • Oversee all health and safety codes
  • Participate in preparing documentation for tender for electrical infrastructure supply and installation; evaluate received proposals and participate in commissioning of systems
  • Develop recommendation and provide an estimate of the new or existing electricals development and improvement
  • Develop electrical infrastructure installation, transition including diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment
  • Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in engineering

Qualifications

  • BS degree in fire safety engineering, fire protection technology, or a related engineering field with PE registration (or ability to quickly acquire PE multi-state comity licensure) or equivalent experience; acquire high-level certifications from EPA, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) 
  • 10+ years of experience in fire protection system analysis
  • Experience with new construction and retrofitting existing office/video studio construction is preferred, including maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ability to collaborate and manage timeline expectations as part of a global project team
  • Experienced project leadership and ability to manage self-directed work independently to complete complex work assignments
  • Strong collaborator and team player with good communication and organization abilities
  • Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
  • Medium Work (Level 3) - Ability to demonstrate physical abilities to include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
