Job Summary

In your role, you’ll be partnering with our Sales, R&D and Operations Teams under the direction of the VP of Strategic Solutions & Customer Experience. This is a technical role that requires thinking creatively and adapting early to emerging technologies.

The position requires up to 20% of travel and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, plus overtime when required. You will perform the duties and have the responsibilities and authority customarily performed and held by an employee in your position or as otherwise may be assigned or delegated to you by the Company.

The responsibility as the Training Manager includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with each department to create curriculum, training guides and certification exams.
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and conducting routine training based on curriculum created.
  • Continual improvement and enhancement of each Training Program.
  • Managing the various training programs and field deployment to ensure that there is a well-trained work force to engage with customers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Installation and Service to understand the needs of the field technicians.
  • Ensure that new hires are properly trained and ready for duty before servicing customers on their own.
  • Leading programs to assist sales and support with new features, functionalities, and partnerships.
  • Maintain training room equipment and databases in optimal condition and ready to be always used.
  • Setting up training development programs to allow for promotion within the organization.
  • Researching new training supplies and materials that will enhance training procedures while providing value to employees.
  • Identifying future training needs and including in curriculum
  • Respond to requirements identified in RFP’s to provide a training course submittals and documentation.
  • Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary.
  • Working with product teams to create and maintain a training knowledge base.
  • Participate in Trade Shows as necessary.

  • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Node.js
  • Familiar with cloud computing concepts such as scalability, availability, and security
  • Familiar with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD, automation, and testing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
