The Opportunity:  
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating, editing and curating relevant and thought-provoking content that adds value to our target audiences, while further solidifying Frequence’s brand and reputation as the leader in adtech workflow software. The opportunity for the right person in this role to make an immediate impact is huge!
 
What You Will Do:  

  • Provide a high level of industry and solution knowledge to create marketing and thought leadership content for blogs and landing pages, including product data sheets, brochures, industry white papers,e-books, emails, web content, and more.
  • Fuel revenue growth via content marketing strategies, while supporting other channels for lead generation and brand awareness like email marketing and social media.
  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy
  • Edit content produced by the team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing
  • Strategize with teammates and internal stakeholders to establish content strategies for new products and industries that will both establish Frequence as a leader in the space, but also drive meaningful growth within target industries and product areas.
  • Become the content marketing subject-matter expert for the Marketing team and act as a resource to the broader Frequence team for campaign strategy planning and execution.
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance
  • Build and maintain editorial calendar
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Interact with copywriters, graphic designers, product marketing, digital marketing and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent messaging on blogs and social media.
  • Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets with internal teams

Who You Are: 

  • Undergraduate degree in English, Marketing/Advertising, Journalism or Strategic Communications
  • 4+ years of content marketing and digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem/industry highly desired (i.e. programmatic advertising)
  • Expertise in content development, writing, and editing as well as digital assets required (Blogs, social, eBooks, reports)
  • Proven ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • B2B Marketing experience and a clear understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel
  • Experience with B2B audiences, SaaS or technical products, and complex audience segmentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Do:

As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will  develop features and improvements for the various consumer-facing products using Angular and Typescript. You will develop, maintain and advocate Front-end code quality standards and best practices. Teach and reinforce these principles through code review, solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for the team. You will serve as a technical leader, resource, and mentor for the other members of the Frontend Engineering team.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of programming experience with a focus on front end development

  • 3+ years experience in at least one relevant front-end framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in TypeScript
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Experience in API design and building robust and extendable client/server contracts.
  • Ability to mentor, teach and coach early career team members
  • Strong command of modern HTML and CSS
  • A solid foundation in OOP, design patterns, algorithms, programming languages
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience building highly integrated and testable systems
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

The Opportunity:  

Frequence is looking for a highly motivated and organized People Operations Specialist to help drive employee engagement and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, as the People Operations Specialist, you will play a valuable role within the People Team. You will have the opportunity to support the People Operations Manager by valuably contributing to our People programs and projects. You will be a key culture carrier serving as a central figure in our ongoing goal to attract, engage, and retain a talented team of passionate people. You will assist with a wide variety of key People & HR activities in the following areas: Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Employee Relations, Employee Retention, New Hire Experience, Training & Development, Recruiting, and Wellness Initiatives.

What You Will Do: 

  • Culture, Employee Resource Groups, and Special Projects:
    • Serve as an ambassador of the company and promote the company’s culture, mission, and values
    • Lead and support the implementation of diverse and inclusive culture programs, events, and activities driving employee engagement 
    • Own facilitation and coordination of our three (3) Employee Resource Groups
    • Drive enagement for philanthropy and corporate social responsibility activities 
    • Manage planning and coordination of all company events 
    • Collaborate with our global People Team to execute company programs and special projects 
    • Support employee recognition and rewards programs
  • People Processes and Operations:
    • Support the delivery of a world-class new hire and onboarding experience
    • Communicate company/office policies and procedures

Who You Are: 

  • Minimum of 2+ years full-time experience in people operations, employee engagement, administrative support, or as an HR generalist
