As an Esports Streamer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our mission and helping us make a difference in the lives of children and families in need. You will entertain and engage our audience while raising awareness and funds for our charitable initiatives. This is a volunteer role helping kids save lives. 

Responsibilities:

• Stream esports content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, or Facebook Gaming.
• Engage with viewers, fostering a positive and inclusive community.
• Promote Games for Love League of Pros' mission and charitable initiatives during streams.
• Collaborate with other streamers and content creators to host special events and charity drives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and esports news.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our streaming initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Passion for gaming and esports.
• Proven experience as a streamer with an active and engaging online presence.
• Proficiency in one or more popular esports titles (e.g., League of Legends, Fortnite, Valorant, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commitment to Games for Love League of Pros' mission and values.
• Availability to stream on a regular schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with charity fundraising and awareness campaigns.
• Familiarity with OBS or other streaming software.
• Graphic design skills for creating overlays and promotional materials.

Compensation: This is a part-time, volunteer position, funds raised during your streams will contribute to saving kids' lives.

Job Description

As a Project Manager for League of Pros Career Incubator, you will be in charge of supervising and administering various gaming projects that are meant to support charitable causes and harness the influence of gaming on society. You will be in charge of successfully organizing, carrying out, and delivering projects while making sure they are in line with the objectives of the company. Project management for collaborations, community involvement, and competitive gaming events will be your main area of concentration.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning: Establish project goals, objectives, and timetables in close collaboration with the executive team of the organization. Create detailed project plans that include budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

2. Project Execution: Guide cross-functional teams in the efficient completion of projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as event planners, sponsors, game developers, and community partners, to guarantee a seamless project implementation.

3. Budget management: Keep an eye on project budgets and make sure financial restrictions are followed. Track spending, handle bills, and optimize resource allocation by working with the financial staff.

4. Team management involves giving the project team members clear instructions and direction. Throughout the course of the project, assign tasks, establish deadlines, and enforce responsibility. Encourage a helpful and cooperative work environment.

5. Stakeholder communication: Act as the main point of contact for communications pertaining to the project. Inform stakeholders of project milestones, progress, and any risks or problems on a regular basis. Maintain positive connections with partners and sponsors while facilitating effective communication with them.

6. Maintaining high standards for project delivery is known as quality assurance. To determine areas for improvement, evaluate project performance, and make required adjustments, conduct periodical evaluations.

7. Reporting and archiving: Create and deliver thorough project reports to management and other stakeholders. For future reference, keep a record of the project's actions, lessons learned, and best practices.

Qualifications

·  A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a comparable discipline. A plus are any pertinent certificates, such the PMP.

·  Project management expertise, ideally in the gaming or charitable industries.

·  Strong familiarity with the methodologies, tools, and procedures of project management.

·  Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize well.

·  Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to work with a variety of stakeholders.

2. Maintain a positive atmosphere for volunteers that promotes retention and empowers volunteers in collaboration with GFL staff and lead volunteers

3. Implement volunteer recognition initiatives, including planning the volunteer appreciation online events  

4. Finding innovative ways to recognize GFL volunteers by including awards, certificates, recognition programs, and social media accolades

5. Recognize and appreciate more diverse, inclusive, and culturally aware volunteer base, that allows for volunteers from all backgrounds and differing abilities to contribute meaningfully with limited barriers

6. Regularly seek out volunteer feedback through satisfaction surveys and follow ups to improve operations and retention

7. Provide updates to the marketing team for our newsletter

8. Always look for ways to improve our channel with increased retention in mind

Qualifications

1. Able to donate approx.5-10 hrs. a week for 12 months 

2. HS diploma & 2 yrs experience working with volunteers or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3. Two years of experience in a progressive non-profit organization is highly desired.  The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a strong passion for the organization’s mission. 

4. Effective and passionate communicator, articulating the GFL’s mission and work to diverse 

5. Should be able to inspire others to act in service to the organization and the community.

We are seeking Outreach Managers to join our GFLX team. GFLX: Gets distraction therapy to children in hospitals to make sure that they have the technology, gaming, and equipment they need to be able to heal. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

1. Make outbound calls during business hours to hospitals and child wellbeing facilities explaining the benefits of participating in our GFLX program

3. Assist in establishing long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to increase brand visibility through email and phone outreach
4. Communicate with partnering hospitals, revise marketing materials, and help organize upcoming events and activities
5. Maintain and update organization documents and manage data accuracy in Google Suite Database
6. Produce regular reports and PowerPoint briefings to summarize activities and department accomplishments for the director team 
7. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities

Job Description

Kids of Code teaches children 5 to 18 how to code in his little as 90 days. This program has many facets including online learning, in-person events (post covid), and technical curriculum. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

1. Build out program curriculum and program to impact as many children as possible
2. Work with interns to provide materials, and mentorship to students through online sessions
3. Maintain a level of quality and professionalism as a program working with children
4. Receive external applications, Process grants, and create codes for giveaway to appropriate organizations in our network
5. Having experience building a curriculum for students to create a valuable and impactful program is a plus
6. Recruit new volunteers, buildout volunteer staff for full coverage of programs
7. Outreach to schools, hospitals, community centers, homeless shelters, and after school programs to provide this program and allow for students to learn how to code in one language in as little as 90 days
8. While expanding the curriculum to other valuable areas
