This is a full-time remote Test Engineer position in Belarus. We are expanding our team with engineers who can help us improve and expand our existing line of products. As a Test Engineer, you will work on the user interface testing activities around our mobile app and web application. You will make sure that appearance, usability and functionalityof new features/improvements are bug-free and in accordance with technical specifications and requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ years of practical experience in QA;
• Intermediate English (our dev team is Russian-speaking, but documentation is in English);
• Good knowledge about testing approaches, techniques and levels;
• Ability to analyze and cope with complex technical specifications.

Preferred but not required:

• UX analysis
• UI testing
• CSS
• Experience in automation testing.

Job Description

This is a full-time remote (work-from-home) Customer Support Agent position. In this role, you will be part of our customer support team, providing front-line support (and occasionally sales assistance) to English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers located in the USA and Canada.

You will learn to proactively identify the areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementations of solutions to increase customer satisfaction, user growth and retention. We’re looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.

Qualifications

•You must be fluent, clear and concise communicator (oral and written) in English, Russian and Spanish. You have at least 1 year of experience in customer support (or sales) role servicing English-speaking customers.

•You are tech-savvy and familiar with basic smartphone/tablet configurations.

•You will need a reliable access to hight-speed internet and provide your own laptop or desktop computer with a head-set (required for making/receiving phone calls from our Helpdesk/CRM).

•Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software such as Zendesk is a plus, but not required.

•Familiarity with a trucking/logistics industry is a plus, but not required.
