After a comprehensive remote on-the-job training and mentoring program, Trademark Analysts conduct research to assist our clients in clearing new trademarks.

 

As a Trademark Analyst, you will use our proprietary software applications to conduct database searches in multiple registers to reveal exact and similar marks. You will construct and revise search strategies that are appropriate to each trademark. You will also evaluate query results and choose the best records to include in clearance reports.  

 

As a Trademark Analyst,you will be expected to maintain defined production and quality standards. You will need to communicate with team members and clients (attorneys or paralegals) to clarify search parameters or discuss strategy to ensure reports meet clients’ needs.

 

You may also be asked to participate in mentoring and special projects, as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Required

  • Acquire a thorough knowledge of Incopro’s and Corsearch’s offerings
  • Gather and prospect leads independently, undertaking research on key decision makers and calling them to ascertain need and interest
  • Qualify interest and leads in order to schedule appointments and demonstrations for Account Directors
  • Generate fresh leads through creative social selling
  • Capitalise on warm leads by liaising closely with Sales and Marketing
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads
  • Proactively contribute to campaign ideas, suggestions and execution
  • Shadow and participate in early-stage meetings with Account Directors with a view to your progression
  • Report into and receive mentorship from your Sales Manager

Purpose:

The system architect will work together with the software architects of induvial sub-systems to document and design the consolidation Corsearch operational systems, which consists of the sub-systems supporting the internal operational processes and the client-facing sub-systems. The system architect will have a deep understanding of the operational processes and the product vision to ensure optimal design.

Success metrics: Successful if Corsearch operational systems are …:

  • Internal satisfaction score (from stakeholders) with the selected development processes

Responsibilities:

  • Takes part in designing future operational processes and internal client-facing products together with the stakeholders.
  • Documents the agreed domain models, processes, and high-level functional and non-functional requirements
  • Designs the interactions between systems and imposes restrictions on platforms / services / tools
  • Understands existing systems and their interaction on a given abstraction level and documents them as needed
  • Accelerates the consolidation and standardization of systems and processes
