• Highlighting training deficiencies and working with technical leads within Managed Services to remedy

• Ensure that Client and Vendor information, escalation matrices, and all technology designs and schematics are kept up to date in the Managed Services document repository and disseminated appropriately amongst all relevant support structures.

• Adhere to the documented Insentra support and escalations process and communicate to all stakeholders.

• Work in tandem with Insentra support teams and service excellence and practice managers.

• Own and manage the strategic relationship between the Client and Partner at all times.

• Champion the Insentra Service Experience in every engagement with the Client and Partner

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

• Experienced with contract management, including contract amendments and renewals.

• Strong analytical skills. Experienced with producing and presenting high quality reports.

• Knowledge and technical aptitude for Microsoft technologies, Security and Citrix technologies

  • ·Optimizing allocation of crew to presales and projects in accordance with their skillset, experience, and availability
  • ·Liaising withPMO to stay aligned on work in progress and the expectations of the team between PMO and resourcing
  • ·Monitoring and managing crew’s workload, utilization and overtime.
  • ·Managing resource conflicts
  • ·Overcoming resource challenges by means of resource management techniques such as reallocation of resources, assigning additional resource, escalation to PS Leadership or expectation management.
  • ·Informing PS Leadership of upcoming excess or limitations of capacity
  • ·Internal reporting including:
    • oForecasting utilization and capacity
  • oIdentifying capacity trends so they can be mitigated via training and development or recruitment.
  • Maintaining a high-level overview throughout the project lifecycles across the crew, and being able to deliver a snapshot to senior management.
  • Proactively highlighting where possible any risks, blockers, conflicts or issues and working with the team to mitigate or escalate.
  • ·General administration activities to support the professional services business unit including:
    • oOwnership of initial project setup in system
  • oProject administration and invoicing for projects not managed by the PMO
  • oOnboarding and offboarding of permanent and contract crew when required.
  • oEnsuring consultant and architect profiles are up to date
  • oTracking and reporting on performance of crew to support PS Leadership
  • oTracking of crew to ensure compliance with Insentra processes, practices, governance, and security requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • ·5 years’ experience as a resource manager in a professional services organization
  • ·Experience working in a centralized Resource Management Office (RMO) is highly desirable
  • ·You have worked with project managers in a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • ·Familiarity with one or more Professional Services Automation, Resource Management software tools or similar
  • ·Supporting the needs of a diverse team
  • ·Developing and producing reporting to support the business unit
  • ·Familiarity with CRM or similar systems
  • ·Strong understanding of invoicing and other financial processes
  • You have a high degree of personal accountability.
  • A consummate people person who enjoys helping other reach their full potential
  • Able to communicate to stakeholders at any level.
  • Able to tailor communications for people with a variety of different communication styles.
  • You routinely proactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to think of creative solutions to challenges.
