Role description:

As a Senior UI Designer,you will cooperate with our amazing top-notch Designers as well as a world-class UX Team. You will work with international startups, scale-ups & enterprise-level companies from the beginning of their innovative solutions. Your expertise will be a support to our Technical Teams in delivering outstanding software experiences for native iOS and Android apps.

What you’ll be doing?

• Conduct design workshops with clients, and create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products and features, especially for mobile apps.

• Support projects from initial design to final production.

• Implement and develop our new branding.

• Push and experiment with new ideas and trends.

• Spearhead better practices, and ensure standards are set and followed
  
  

How you’ll work?

• We are team players, so you’ll never be alone. In the beginning, you’ll have an assigned buddy, a person from your team who’ll help you onboard smoothly, get to know our company, and enhance your skills. We are only searching for interesting and cool projects with the latest technology stack.

• English is our first language,Polish is not required. We cooperate with companies from the US, Canada, UK, and Scandinavia, but ourbusiness hours are 8-18 CET.

• Tools we mostly use tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, G-Suite.
  

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will join a small, high-performing sales team and work with them on deals in Europe and the US.

• Salary: 5,500 PLN - 10,000 PLN net/month on B2B. Some commission involved, but the majority of your pay will be your base pay. We want you to 3x your initial salary within 2 years, and we’ll do all we can to help you.

First 3 months at intent:

You’ll have an assigned buddy, a person from your team who’ll help you onboard smoothly, get to know our company, and enhance your skills.

We are really keen on having a mutual fit with you, so the general aim of the first 3 months is to find out if we go together like peanut butter and jelly. Joining intent means joining the people that create it, not a specific project, so if the one you have does not fit you, you will have a chance to change it.

For the first week, you will be getting to know your team, the company and its values, and the tools we use. You can count on HR, your buddy, and your team in general to help you with all the new information. You will also receive your first tasks. You can expect constant feedback coming from your leader.

After each month passes, you will meet with an HR representative to share your thoughts and impressions and to hear what others say about your work. After the second month, your team leader and an HR person will meet with you to discuss your probation period and the next steps we want to take – continue cooperating with you, fix some issues we see or part our ways. After the third month, you will be a fully-fledged intent employee!
