  • Experience with EMR EHR hardware required as technician/paraoptometric, optical assistant, office administrator, manager or optician performing duties such as:
    • Patient scheduling
    • Preliminary testing
    • Optometric billing and coding
    • Dispensary
    • Optical product ordering (Frames, Lenses, contact lenses, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements, a plus
  • Passionate, customer-champion with proven ability to provide remote customer support
  • Ability to research answers and provide solutions quickly and independently.
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; adept knowledge of application sharing tools and environments

ChiroTouch (an Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc. company), a leading healthcare software company, is looking for an onboarding associate to join our team. Onboarding associates play an essential role at ChiroTouch, helping new customers successfully implement our software. They are responsible for making the new customers transition to using ChiroTouch a smooth experience.

The ideal person for this position desires to help customers be successful and is task-oriented. A successful Onboarding Specialist forms positive relationships with customers and follows up regularly to help the customer achieve a smooth product launch.  Solid time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Our Onboarding Specialists are critical members of our team, ensuring our new customers have the highest level of support during their implementation period

  • Concurrently manage multiple accounts in various phases of implementation
  • Manage specifically timed interactions to ensure a successful customer onboarding journey
  • Schedule and perform all necessary calls with customers
  • Make a personal connection with the doctor and staff to understand office needs and point them to resources for success
  • Track customer milestones and ensure that the customer is meeting these milestones
  • Build and maintain product and resource knowledge to guide customers to the best resources
  • Participate in customer facing Learning Labs
  • Document customer interactions via CRM
  • Facilitate customer interactions with other teams as needed

 

Qualifications: 

We seek candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can pivot quickly when needed. Candidates should have experience in most of the following areas:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2-years of customer service experience in a software training, support, or implementation role
  • Ability to research answers and provide solutions quickly and independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; adept knowledge of application sharing tools and environments
  • Passionate, customer-champion with proven ability to provide remote customer support
  • Chiropractic office experience is a plus
  • Experience using ChiroTouch or similar EMR/EHR software also a plus
