    The role of the SalesOut Wholesale Account Manager is to partner with SalesOut customer(s), to ensure their long-term success through regular collaboration, networking and training with the customer’s teams and their suppliers to ensure a great customer experience and the successful delivery of our solutions. They will need to understand their customer(s) / suppliers(s) key growth strategy and support them by the use of the SalesOut system to identify any potential growth areas, that will in turn add value, drive profitable sales, increase income streams and provide a return on investment to all parties against the SalesOut system.

    The primary focus of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with their key wholesaler(s) and their suppliers, to deliver year on year renewals of existing and new data subscriptions and revenue, plus use any other activities or initiatives as required (such as analytics to the wholesaler management team), to grow our income or add value.

    The Account Manager will need to spend time with the wholesaler to build a strong network of contacts and to work with them collaboratively as a trusted partner. They will also spend time in the IRI Bracknell office to liaise face to face with cross-functional and internal teams, to ensure we deliver a great customer experience, providing timely and successful delivery of our solutions and executing with excellence.

    Main Role Responsibilities:

    • Manage and deliver targets for Wholesaler Revenue (Contract, Subscriptions, Smart Cash etc.…)
    • Develop and maintain relationships with their customer(s) and their suppliers to primarily deliver long-term subscriptions, as well as additional upsells such as analytics

          The Data Management team is responsible for receiving raw product sales data from retail outlets in the UK and projecting it to represent sales where full data is unavailable, to provide a full UK market read to our clients. There are varied tasks within the team and these are as follows.

          Duties and Responsibilities:

          • Responsible for the weekly stores database update process completed by our off-shore team.
          • Responsible for the stores database accuracy and maintenance
          • Ability to unravel sample change effects on category sales
          • Liaise with offshore team.
          • Quality control and data validation for ongoing projects as well as new clients.
          • Quality check data released to clients to meet on time and correct measure
          • Data queries from local teams regarding changes or impact on market read.
          • Update and maintain universe reference documents
          • Ensure long term alignment of store database information versus retailer information
          • Update and maintain process docs and reference docs
          • Assist with the qc of new retailer datasets and provide status to project manager and other stake holders
          • Liaising with project teams and other departments for developments/enhancements of the client deliverables
          • Responsible for the build of geographies and services, as well as building any additional custom geographies
          • Weekly maintenance of samples either EPOS (electronic point of sale)or Causal
          • Responsible for providing Coverage numbers for UK and SER figures to International
          • Responsible for the build and maintain the universe & weekly projection weights for all services
