About The Job
We are looking for an eager and motivated individual to join our growing organization. You will be responsible to assist the Billing Department with the following:
What you will do:
- Support the billing team with various aspects of billing tasks, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities
- Generate discharge bills on daily basis to ensure clearance of outstanding bill
- Monitor unpaid bills and contact customers by sending them payment reminder as required
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
- Protect company reputation by maintaining confidentiality of client financial information
Who we are looking for:
- Fluent or native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed
- Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude

About The Job
We are seeking eager, motivated candidate to join our growing organization.
The successful candidate will assist our customers and their employees to onboard successfully onto PayrollPanda. Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
What you will do:
- Assist, implement, and support customers at key moments in their payroll and HR onboarding experience
- Complete new PayrollPanda account setup on behalf of the customer and serve as their go-to person during the onboarding process
- Liaise with clients to obtain payroll information, updates and/or changes, draft payroll summary and provide advice on any payroll queries
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience for new customers
- Understand customer pain points and work with the product and sales team to simplify and automate existing processes
Who we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, structured with a desire to learn and succeed
- Must be fluent in English and Malay

The Young Business Graduates role is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with little or no sales experience. Successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive training in basic selling skills, product & software knowledge as well as real-world experience in a working sales-focused environment.
Who we are looking for:
- A motivated and self-driven individual with a startup-hustle mentality
- Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
- Great communication skills, enjoy talking to clients via the phone
- We are looking for fluent or native English speaker
- Experience in B2B lead generation and sales is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to start work immediately is a plus
Your responsibilities will include:
- Research and identify new opportunities in key regions and verticals
- Serve as a bridge between departments in order to optimize key business opportunities
- To prepare and provide timely accurate reports and analysis to Management
- To do other task or jobs as assigned by the Management
