About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the acquiring, screening & recruiting agents within his/her team, to ensure only strong agents are on-boarded and engaged.
• Support the training of staff, super agents, and agents to properly adopt product knowledge.
• Agent satisfaction (problem resolution)
• Culture alignment (within the team)
• Leadership development
• Agent performance monitoring and management
• Ensure acquired high-value agents in the region remain in business'
• Managing the retrieval, distribution and repair of terminals

Qualifications

About You

• OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 1+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations and or Agent Operations.
•  Experience in managing a large number of people and multiple teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite'
• Proven track record of communication & analytical skills
• Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative & positive) feedback
• Good organizational skills, knowledge in goal-setting practices
• Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve agent and team quality.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing Internet Marketing strategy along with marketing activities, execute marketing plans to generate B2B leads, experience required in digital advertisements.

• Ability to think in an innovative and creative way to plan for internet marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Prepare KPI’s and reports for ROI.

Qualifications

• SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience,
• 4+ years of experience in design or usability engineering
• Experience leveraging quant and/or qual research methods to attain customer insights, inform strategy, and measure marketing programs.
• Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously across global markets
• Proven ability to identify and drive A/B test methodology and implementation
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve collaboratively
• Not required but HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or SQL knowledge would be an advantage

Job Description

Graphic Designer is a professional within the graphic design and graphic arts industry who creates visual communications for a variety of print and digital formats including magazines, newspapers, and websites.

• Designs and produces various marketing materials 
• Creates and produces a wide range of web products HTML, Java scripts, CMS Systems Wordpress, etc.
• Conducts usability testing including testing live sites, apps, prototypes.
• Works with UX team to conduct applicable pre-launch user testing to ensure implemented designs meet user needs and brand experience expectations.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.

Qualifications

• SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience,
• 4+ years of experience in design or usability engineering
• A portfolio that showcases samples of UX/UI design work on desktop and mobile
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate design and interaction ideas
• Proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Good grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and/or iWork (Keynote, Pages and Numbers)
• Experience in creating digital/interactive tools (i.e., Adobe DPS, interactive PDFs, AfterEffects, Articulate, etc.)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
