Position Overview

As a Digital Strategist (we call it a Campaign Strategist, you are ultimately responsible for creating the success of the crowdfunding campaign. You will validate the product, create its messaging and positioning, and test the most valuable angles and align the rest of the team and campaign with your results. You are able to take a new project from idea to selling millions of dollars worth of product in the span of 6 months.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Product positioning & messaging.
  • Running Facebook Advertising campaigns for our clients from end to end.
  • Audience, copy, imagery ideation and creation of high quality content.
  • Programming of ads.
  • Daily Optimization and ad scaling.
  • Producing reports for clients.
  • Utilize ad data and insights to collaborate with the Creative Team to provide direction on creative deliverables.
  • A/B test landing pages weekly.

The requirements:

  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads required.
  • Experience working as a digital marketing strategist or similar required.

    Position Overview

    As LaunchBoom’s Marketing Manager, you are responsible for building and managing a comprehensive marketing strategy that meets our lead, qualified opportunity, and booked call KPIs. The result is predictable new client acquisition for LaunchBoom.

    Your responsibilities are as follows:

    • Develop customer personas, map customer journeys, and develop automated workflows within Hubspot to drive more efficient customer acquisition.
    • Work with the sales team to develop cold email and outbound marketing strategies for driving qualified leads.
    • Develop optimized marketing collateral to support sales in closing leads.
    • Oversee all paid search and paid social efforts and work with contractors to ensure we are driving more qualified leads.
    • Oversee the sending of our weekly newsletter and develop new email marketing strategies using Hubspot.
    • Develop our digital event marketing strategy with regular webinars and virtual summits.
    • Develop new content marketing strategies (including but not limited to blogs and PDF guides), optimize existing content, and continuously learn what resonates with our customers and what doesn’t.
    • Build our brand’s presence through our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
    • Oversee SEO efforts to be the top ranked agency for our target keywords.
    • Ensure we have proper tracking always setup across our properties using Hubspot and Google Analytics.
    • Identify KPIs and establish a clear measurement framework with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, define success metrics and show impact of our marketing efforts. Leverage these insights to inform future strategy.
    • Oversee the constant development and improvement of LaunchBoom’s website.
    • Hire and manage outside marketing agencies and contractors when necessary.
    • Develop and manage your marketing budget.

                    Position Overview

                    The Digital Events Manager will lead and manage all digital events at LaunchBoom. Digital events include but are not limited to summits, conferences, webinars, and podcasts. You use digital events to achieve LaunchBoom’s overall marketing and revenue objectives.

                    Your responsibilities are as follows:

                    • Produce, lead and grow our flagship virtual event, the Crowdfunded Summit (which is held in Q2 and Q4 twice a year)
                    • Responsibilities for the Summit include but are not limited to: event operations, speaker management, vendor management, marketing strategy, sponsorship sales, monetization strategy and more.
                    • Produce, lead and grow our live webinars.
                    • Collaborate internally and externally with multiple departments and stakeholders, including LaunchBoom’s Marketing, Sales and Client Service teams, and various partners and vendors, on shared goals, strategies and event execution.
                    • Budget well ensuring tight cost control over all expense items for each event, including vendor contracts and production costs.
                    • Maintain master event schedules, from major milestones to detailed timelines, and keep everyone on track and informed for all events.
                    • Lead and oversee the development of content for each event, as well as the marketing plan.
                    • Ensure all necessary departments are equipped with the information they need to successfully execute each event.
                    • Bridge the gap between events and sales to ensure our events fuel our sales team.
                    • Bring unique and creative ideas to the table to ensure spectacular and memorable experiences for all participants.
                    • Strategize with LaunchBoom leadership to outline short-term and long-term goals and profitably scale our events offering.
                    • Own post-event reporting across key KPIs (registration, attendance, leads, sales) and customer feedback (qualitative and quantitative)
                    • Oversee and optimize the playbook of how to create, manage and execute flawless major events.

                      The requirements:

                      • 3-5 years professional event experience, with 1,000+ attendees, virtual event experience strongly preferred
