We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help organize, coordinate, communicate and deliver on business-critical growth initiatives. This position works hands on with engineering, product, marketing and design to define and execute the product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth-Focused Engineering Programs: Spearhead initiatives across mobile, cloud, and web platforms focusing on user growth, retention, and revenue optimization. Growth programs will be iterative and outcome based. 
  • Analytics-Driven Execution:Utilize data analytics to inform the development of product roadmaps and release plans. Implement A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders, including executives and team leads, informed of progress with an emphasis on measurable outcomes. Translate complex data into actionable insights and document decision making as well as thought process.
  • Process Optimization: Execute and refine engineering and program processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices in analytics and experimentation within the team.
  • Metric & KPI Reporting: Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for growth initiatives. Establish and utilize existing systems for tracking and reporting these metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Technical Program Managers, marketing and release teams to ensure alignment, prioritize resources effectively, and unify processes across functions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning while embracing our value of “members before metrics”.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a fast-paced tech company, directly managing the delivery of large, technically complex product development programs.
  • Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience delivering Android, iOS and web applications.
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Service projects desired.
  • Superior communications skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation.

Life360 is looking for an experienced, hands-on attorney who loves to understand the businesses they support deeply and help develop creative solutions to manage risk while helping achieve business objectives.  The Legal Counsel will act as legal advisor to internal clients and manage outside counsel on litigation and IP matters.  The Legal Counsel will also support other company attorneys, as needed, on a variety of matters which may include, but not limited to, commercial transactions, procurement, product development, and marketing.  This role will have exposure to all levels of the organization(s) he or she supports.

The US-based salary range for this position is $190,000 to $265,000 We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

Litigation & Claims

  • Responsible for providing guidance and risk assessment regarding litigation matters to Life360 and its affiliates, Tile and Jiobit.
  • Counsel business partners regarding legal compliance and risk management, and develop strategies for litigation and risk management in the jurisdictions in which Life360 operates.
  • Manage outside counsel, with a focus on efficiently managing fees and costs.
  • Direct, manage, and develop strategy for responding to litigants, regulatory and government agencies, and other pre-litigation matters.

IP Matters

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years legal experience (at least 2+ years in-house), in the technology industry, supporting litigation and/or IP matters, with experience supporting consumer-facing businesses.
  • Significant experience managing complex litigation, projects, issues, and/or transactions with many stakeholders, including the management of related budgets.

About the Job

We are seeking an entrepreneurially driven Advertising Operations Manager to join our nascent mobile advertising monetization team. What You’ll Do

About the Job

What You’ll Do

  • Work with other engineers to strategize on how to decouple PHP services into new Java microservices
  • Horizontally scale our PHP platform to handle another 10+ billion events per day
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to gain alignment on your or team's initiatives
  • Monitor health, suggest/drive improvements for, and deploy your own services
  • Mentor other developers to help them grow
  • Maintain and improve service level objectives (SLOs)
  • Collaborate closely with Staff engineers to build technical specs 
  • Help our Test Engineering team to further automate services and component validation 
  • Handle on-call rotation and work with the team to address incidents

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar quantitative field or the equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years experience with Java services
  • 3+ years experience with relational or non-relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc
  • Proficient in microservices and horizontally scalable architectures
  • Understand how to deploy and maintain systems, ideally with Kubernetes
  • Communicates effectively with cross-platform teammates

Preferred Qualifications

The US-based salary range for this position is $185,000 to $275,000. What You’ll Do

About The Team

Life360’s Finance team continues to scale up quickly.  Life360 operates as a public company in Australia (where it is listed on the ASX) and in the US (where it is a SEC registrant). Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for the VP, US IR position are:

  • Work closely with the CFO to develop a robust US investor relations strategy,  framework and detailed plan; and become responsible for executing the plan. 
  • Transition rapidly to become the Company’s key point of contact for US investors and analysts and become an evangelist for the Company’s mission and vision. 
  • Work closely with the CFO, CEO and Head of Investor Relations for Australia to develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value - with a primary focus on US investors
  • Be completely coordinated with the Head of Investor Relations for Australia and Australian and US PR teams, helping to ensure consistent messaging between both territories, minimize duplicative efforts and support both investor bases
  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting and Legal in the IPO process, with a particular focus on identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships with investors and relevant US analysts 
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
  • Manage investor relationships - work with the Business Project Manager and external consultants to actively maintain a CRM to facilitate regular productive contact with both current and potential investors.
  • Manage equity research relationships including coordinating with FP&A on longe range plans 
  • Provide insights on market activity and present them to to the leadership team
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
  • Oversee and manage US quarterly earnings and conference calls, including being responsible for messaging planning. 
  • Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
  • Help prepare the company’s Annual Report, 10-Ks and other filings in coordination with the financial reporting and legal teams. .

Qualifications

The VP, US IR must be a seasoned professional who has extensive experience in generating business results and collaborating closely across management teams. The job requires a corporate professional who also has entrepreneurial skills and looks to the future with optimism to envision what could be possible. Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision.

Qualifications desired for the VP, US Investor Relations are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • An MBA or FMVA certification is an asset
  • 8 or more years experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts - large number of contacts in both communities
  • Prior equity research would be well regarded
  • Strong understanding of SEC rules and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements

About The Job

What You’ll Do

About the Job

The Life360 Brand & Creative team is responsible for bringing our brands (Life360 & Tile) to life through fresh design, creative concepts, campaigns, and well-crafted assets. In this role, you will be working under the supervision of our Managing Associate Creative Director and primarily focused on the Tile brand. As a Senior Brand Designer you will work on various marketing and brand initiatives across a range of channels—from social and web to advertising, packaging, and more. You will work closely with other members of the creative team (copywriters, art directors, other designers, etc) as well as cross-functional collaborators to bring the Life360 brand experience to life and achieve company goals. You will have your hands in creative work that will be seen by millions of users and customers. 

What You’ll Do

  • Delight and inspire current and potential Life360 / Tile customers by creating high-quality design solutions that incorporate beautiful typography, iconography, imagery, color, and composition
  • Develop a range of visual design explorations for various projects and concepts
  • Deliver pixel perfect assets and design specs across a range of channels. From email to ecommerce assets. You will be a master of digital design.
  • Leverage the Life360 and Tile Brand Guidelines in your work and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our visual identity
  • Work closely with the rest of the Creative Team to streamline the creative process
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners within the organization
  • Articulate and present work and effectively synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency of design and quality
  • Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to peers within the Creative Team
  • Complete ad hoc projects in support of brand and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the brand and product teams to establish and maintain our design standards and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years design experience in agency environment and/or B2C brand
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment
  • Passion and curiosity in the creative field
  • Interest in the consumer electronics industry and ecommerce world
  • Ability to take direction when its given and take the lead when needed
  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience seeing work through from concept to completion
  • Experience in digital design: Email, Ecommerce, Paid Media, and Social Media. 
  • Experience in Print Design a plus

About The Team

The Life360 Revenue Team is looking to hire a Revenue Accountant to play a key role in the Accounting organization by supporting revenue growth. In this role, you will partner with various teams to complete the month-end revenue process, improve revenue operations and learn complex revenue transactions that include multiple element revenue arrangements, direct to consumer and enterprise business revenue. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this role requires the candidate to have a fundamental understanding of revenue recognition guidance for subscription and hardware, and US GAAP. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, build and influence revenue processes, and to continue to mature and enhance revenue analytics and insights for a public company! About the Job

The Revenue Accountant will be responsible for many elements of the revenue cycle and related controls including month end close activities that relate to manual and systematic recognition of revenue, deferred revenue, contra revenue, reconciliation, analytics and more. This role will also be included in data and process enhancement projects and requires a project management mindset and ability to multitask and prioritize in order to be successful.

The US-based salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Record revenue in accordance with company policy and GAAP for various revenue streams and new offerings as applicable.
  • Work closely with management to ensure bookings are compliant with revenue recognition rules and SOX requirements
  • Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis. This includes but is not limited to, revenue, deferred revenue, contra, and cost of sale accounts
  • Understand the fundamentals of revenue analysis and preparation of metrics to enhance performance insights; learn to identify trends and surface / solve for comparative period discrepancies (i.e. subscription analytics, GAAP vs non-GAAP reporting, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and system automation related to new product offerings to ensure scalable revenue processes
  • Document processes for the various revenue streams and support an innovative environment that can scale as the business grows
  • Work with cross-functional partners on an ongoing basis to support business processes as well as special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements; provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Learn to perform system data reviews for various existing and new revenue streams, investigate anomalies and action conclusions to help data enrichment processes
  • Learn to proactively mine datasets and surface meaningful insights. Support cross-functional data enhancement projects and document plans and outcomes
  • Contribute to implementation and enhancement of systematic processes and automation to support our scalability goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting with prior revenue accounting experience preferred
  • CPA designation highly desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting principles including ASC 606, audit requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Focus on quality with the ability to follow detailed procedures, create documentation of processes and maintain compliance with regulatory and other controls
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred + strong analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to clearly explain complex concepts and issues
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
  • Ability to understand broader business, operational and financial issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of requests 
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member to build and nurture solid relationships with fellow teammates and cross-functional business partners
