The Role

Lovevery is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our paid social and TV advertising across all of our global markets (North America, Europe, APAC). This role will oversee a multi-million dollar investment, owning near term and long-term business outcomes. The senior manager will lead day-to-day operations, as well as strategic initiatives, including conducting data analysis, overseeing reporting, and managing projects on a global scale. This role will obsess over performance, platform optimizations and how to leverage paid social and TV by region to drive the business to achieve its goals.

The global paid social & TV senior manager will oversee one other team member, who is responsible for ad operations and content generation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our global Paid Social and TV marketing, optimizing our global investment toward our ambitious performance goals through strategic platform and campaign management, rigorous testing and learning, and optimization toward overall CAC targets
  • Be the key business decision-maker and problem solver for all matters relating to Paid Social and TV, addressing challenges that require deep analysis/research and a strong understanding of industry trends and landscape
  • Drive comprehensive reporting and analysis to accurately gauge channel performance against targets, delivering and sharing insights with broader teams and leadership as needed.
  • Oversee all paid social & TV ad concepting, reviews, and approvals, as well as performance reporting, working in close partnership with creative design and operations teams and localizing content as appropriate for each region
  • Develop and execute a robust testing plan to uncover optimization opportunities across various tactics within the channel, including creative, landing page optimization, audience testing, network testing, incrementality, and campaign/bidding types - as well as testing exploratory channels (Tiktok, Pinterest, localized opportunities)
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as other performance leads (Search, Partnerships, Affiliate), Creative, Influencer, and International (EU, APAC) teams.
  • Manage, mentor, train, and provide guidance to 1 direct report associate, whilst ensuring all team tasks are correctly prioritized and completed to a high standard.
  • Act as subject matter expert on paid social and TV, providing direction for activating against company-wide initiatives, ensuring these tasks are translated into actionable ads/campaigns that support both the brand and performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as Meta and TikTok, leveraging these partnerships to drive innovation through beta programs, stay abreast of platform/industry updates, and optimize campaign performance.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in Digital Marketing, with Performance Marketing/DTC experience preferred
  • 4+ years of hands-on (in-platform) Paid Social experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business, etc, optimizing against conversion KPIs. Experience with TV advertising also required.
  • A demonstrated expertise in working within CAC targets, and a proven track record of executing multi-million dollar ($10M+) annual budgets
  • Analytical mindset with high proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, Amplitude ,etc.).
  • Knowledge of attribution and measurement methodology - MMM, MTA, Lift studies, etc.
  • Comfort and proficiency in executing testing practices (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality testing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and ability to leverage, as well as
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, impeccable attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset that's comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching teams and media agency management
  • Innate curiosity with a growth-driven mindset focused on continuous learning, launching and optimizing a high volume of ads, and working closely with creatives
  • Up to date with latest trends and standard protocols in online marketing
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across an organization and influence teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting accounting team with day to day accounting operations, specifically surrounding inventory and cost of goods sold
  • Receive inventory in ERP system, ensure appropriate costing, review and input vendor bills
  • Responsible for matching PO’s, invoices, and item receipts, and ensuring all inventory is correctly valued in Lovevery’s general ledger
  • Complete reconciliations against Lovevery’s 3PL warehousing system
  • Accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly close deadlines
  • Participate in monthly close, journal entries, accruals, and other duties as assigned
  • Report on margins, quantities on hand, sales by items, and other analysis as requested from business stakeholders
  • Participate in documentation and information requests for annual audits and annual U.S. based tax filings
  • Implement, adhere to, and assist in revisions to system of internal controls as directed by Controller

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years general accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or general business from an accredited institution required
  • Reconciliation experience required
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or eCommerce environment preferred
  • Prior experience working with international company preferred
  • Experience with an ERP system – Netsuite preferred

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Copywriter to join the team with a background in customer acquisition and digital product work. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is passionate about crafting writing that makes customers feel understood—and drives action. Responsibilities

  • Work mostly on growth marketing initiatives; execute on lots of short form copy while maintaining high standards for craft
  • Create compelling ads and emails that drive conversion, sign up, and retention; create compelling, channel-specific ideas and messages
  • Pitch and brainstorm ad/branding ideas that elevate Lovevery’s mindshare and confidence among new parents
  • Team with designers and video editors to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life
  • Ensure cohesive copy across channels; make sure we're all telling the same story, and that that story's working for us
  • Develop hypotheses about what we should say, and endeavor to test those hypotheses and refine work accordingly; constantly measure the results of your work and strategize how to send even more effective messages
  • Collaborate with marketers, producers, product managers, creatives, and other internal and external partners on cross-functional projects
  • Immerse yourself in child development science and Lovevery products and content to ensure you are communicating with credibility and brand alignment

About You

  • Impeccable copywriting craft - you have demonstrated success in product storytelling and direct response marketing

  • 5+ years experience at agency/in-house concepting and writing marketing and product copy for innovative brands
