The Role

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking to add a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to our team for assistance in generating, maintaining and reviewing quality and compliance related documents against product safety and regulatory requirements. This position may also analyze data to create reports relating to the overall regulatory compliance on a state, federal and/or international level. The successful applicant will have experience working with consumer products and knowledge or experience with testing laboratories.

This position will work report directly to the Director, Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

  • Review reports from testing, inspection and audit companies for completeness and accuracy of results
  • Organize and file reports received into Compliance Drive
  • Input data for Lovevery’s quality and compliance program in order to effectively track and monitor schedules of new and existing products
  • Communicate issues relating quality and compliance as they arise so that management can take appropriate actions
  • Maintain, update and create compliance documents such as Regulatory Guidance (RGs), Safety and Quality Policies (SQPs), and Regulatory Policies (RPs).
  • Assist in continuous improvement and expansion of the regulatory compliance operations
  • Assist in creating or updating Test Request Forms for laboratories as needed
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator reporting to the Assistant Controller. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the successful processing of monthly and bi-monthly payrolls for salaried and hourly team members. Responsibilities

  • Administer the successful processing of the bi-monthly and monthly payrolls for all global employees, both hourly and salaried

The role

We are looking for a Senior Director, Global Business Development who can assess and commercialize new geographic markets and lines of business for Lovevery, building business cases and external relationships that contribute materially to Lovevery’s long-term revenue growth and market opportunity.
