Main Street One is hiring a Remote Digital Relational Organizer

People are a brand’s best marketing channel — both the medium and the message in modern marketing. Having grown up in political and social advocacy, People First specializes in socially conscious campaigns for companies, causes, and candidates. Our approach combines technology developed with DARPA that identifies messages audiences already believe with a delivery system powered by a network of 6.3M micro influencers and content-creators. We’re seeking a Digital Relational Organizer to help us organize in the state of Montana. The preferred candidate will live near or in Montana's densely populated areas.

About the candidate:

The role will focus heavily on:

  • Organic Influencer Recruitment and Management
  • Paid Influencer Recruitment and Management
  • Drafting Copy for Outreach Messaging
  • Assisting the Senior & Lead Digital Relational Organizers with various tasks and projects related to the campaign

About the Role
In order to change influencer marketing by introducing a new level of precision and understanding the power of identity, we need smart people who understand the industry. This begins at the front-line of sales and marketing.
So, People First seeks an individual with 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and sales to join our Business Development/Sales team with a focus on commercial clients.

  • Manage pipeline of prospects within our CRM platform (Pipedrive)
  • Research new sales opportunities with brand prospects
  • Conduct lead gen to brands across sectors
  • Strategically and creatively craft new business scopes, presentations and proposals
  • Ensure smooth communication with leadership across technology, organizing and account management teams
  • Contribute ideas and implementations to our robust content marketing and thought leadership program
