  • Must regularly review and evaluate what is in the production pipeline and recommend reassessment or reallocation of resources as needed based on the market trends, customer needs, and the department’s goals for reaching new target markets including but not limited to Opioid Treatment Centers and Behavioral Health Providers.
  • Conduct clinical reviews of course manuscripts and storyboards that have been determined as high-priority by the department and provide insight into market shifts and support the department’s efforts to produce content with incremental utilization rates.

 

Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with an active, unencumbered license.
  • Graduate degree, with either the baccalaureate or graduate degree in nursing. Education and/or experience in adult education and must be knowledgeable about the functions and expectations of an Accredited Provider Unit and the Lead Nurse Planner role.
  • 2-3 years as an LNP (3-5 years as nurse planner or preceptor preferred). 
  • Experience with Clinical education content development and/or owner of the process.
  • Experience in the area of adult learning with ability to assess needs; analyze gaps in knowledge, skill, or practice; plan and implement learning activities; and evaluate outcomes.
  • Creative ability to develop learning activities in modalities that most effectively meet the needs of the target audience served by the Provider Unit.
