The Role:

Our Recruitment Consultant will join the HR team in Sinch’s SMB unit and be based in Spain. This newly created role within is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for all recruitment based in Spain and support the wider EMEA region when required. This role will ensure that the recruitment activities are supported in an effective and efficient manner, employing the right capabilities and skills to continue to grow and meet our objectives.

The SMB Business Unit has identified Spain as a growth area for our talent, particularly scaling up an engineering team within region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of talent tends and benchmarking in Spain, Madrid & Barcelona

About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Administrator will work closely with the Finance Officer to assist and support the reconciliation of MessageMedia Group banking and trade debtors accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.   • Demonstrate ROI from MessageMedia’s product stack and provide strategic guidance if outcomes are not in alignment with customer expectations
  • Lead with insights and act as a trusted advisor to our customers to understand their challenges and goals
  • Manage renewals with an objective of negotiating favourable terms and transitioning accounts to longer term agreements
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales and performance goals set by leadership

The successful candidate will have proven experience in account management, sales and/or customer success, ideally within a technology business, managing accounts from mid-market to enterprise level. You will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve purchasing decisions. You are driven to understand customers needs and are prepared to go above and beyond to provide an optimal customer experience at all times. You’re confident at gathering customer feedback and communicating it to all the right people internally. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities readily. You have excellent communication skills, with the willingness to work as part of a team to achieve team-based goals, as well as individual performance goals.

We are seeking a Partners Manager to join our Sales Team. As the Partner Manager you will be responsible for managing key Partner SaaS relationships. You will generate leads, referrals and opportunities by fostering and developing relationships with Key Partners, while maintaining partner retention and satisfaction. You will become as subject matter expert in the use of messaging within our Partners’ SaaS products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with our Marketing team in conducting acquisition campaigns to entice our Partners’ clients to utilise our solution within Salesforce
  • Build support from management for these campaigns, promote their success to management and remove obstacles to successful campaigns if they arise
  • Assisting broader Sales team in generating leads, referrals, and opportunities from our Partners
  • Build support from management for High Value activations, address concerns or obstacles if they arise
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with Partners to highlight successful increases in penetration, HV activations, whilst highlighting the additional annualised revenue they will receive from the activity in the last quarter. Discuss penetration rate vs best practice and build support for changes to campaigns or additional campaigns as required
  • Add value for Partners by being their ‘go to’ expert on messaging
  • Develop and maintain Account Plans for each high value Partner – with short term objectives and long-term goals each with clearly defined steps and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain detailed notes on opportunity status (including each key stakeholder) within Salesforce. Accurately forecast size of each opportunity and timeline for sale and ramp up. Use our Account Planning tool “Quip” within Salesforce to house account plans for each managed Partner
  • Research relevant industry trends within customer segments/industries to identify messaging opportunities
  • Work with Go-To-Market internal resources to identify strategies for new products being released to customer base
  • Implement account management best practice and actively contribute to refining and improving global processes to increase operational efficiency, achieve account growth and customer satisfaction
  • Track and forecast account growth

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Partner Manager role, having experience in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoho is highly desirable. You are driven to provide a great customer experience, are a self-starter, who can work autonomously and thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
