The Role
MobieTrain is looking for a lively, energetic and experienced Customer Success Manager. We need you to help us take our existing and new clients to the next level in their learning journey with the help of our very own learning platform.
You will be joining our amazing Customer Success team where each Customer Success Manager is responsible for their own portfolio. Your portfolio exists out a variety of accounts, varying from the KMO/MKB to the Enterprise segment.
You will be responsible for consulting companies on a strategic- and practical level. As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of MobieTrain towards our clients, becoming their MobieTrain partner and be the central communication point between our customers and the multiple departments within MobieTrain (like customer support, development, sales and marketing).
You mission is to successfully onboard new clients on our platform and guide them during (virtual) meetings to ensure that they use MobieTrain to its fullest potential.

  • You will build a tactical plan that includes all marketing actions for ICP-focused digital and SEA campaigns, focused on the customer (B2B) journey.
  • Reseaching keyword volume per new campaign (competitors, winning keywords, new keywords, new markets) per country

 Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary designer on all MobieTrain projects including digital campaigns, print, event sponsorships, web pages, presentations and sales collateral
  • Own and amplify the MobieTrain visual brand across all applications and channels to drive brand awareness, support demand generation, and foster brand loyalty
  • Ensure brand standards are applied appropriately and consistently across all MobieTrain collateral
  • Create social media visuals based on the requests coming in from the social media calendar and the existing MobieTrain templates
  • Create visuals for the ICP-led advertising campaigns
  • Update company assets based on requests coming in from the Marketing team. These assets include: Company Rollups, Event booth design, Company Flyer and Company Business Cards.
  • CreateE-books based on the drafts provided by the content team and the current MobieTrain template. Create visuals for blog articles coming in from the content team and post them on the website
  • Update the MobieTrain website based on feedback coming in from the marketing team and other departments
  • Elevate our content creation process by creating stunning visuals and videos from scratch, based on our clients wants & needs.
  • Support the Content Team with new and creative off-the-shelf visuals (create general images, gifs, videos and animations for our own trainings).
  • Support the Operations Team in the creation and launch of the Newsletter
