·   Strong telecommunications background with 3+ years of regulatory experience in docket management or compliance are required.

·   Knowledge of fixed wireline broadband networks.

·   Strong online research skills.

·   Ability to interpret, summarize and communicate complex documents, rules and regulations, both orally and in writing.

·   Ability to clearly communicate matters of a technical nature and turn ‘raw information’ into well-articulated written content.

·   Strategic and data analysis skills.

·   Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to independently develop and manage processes and procedures.

·   Ability to manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines simultaneously.

·   Self-motivated; ability to work independently and as a team..

Qualifications

Strong telecommunications background with Broadband experience

Experience in broadband-specific grant writing and knowledge of IIJA, BEAD, ARPA and FCC programs a plus.

Job Description

• 10+ years of retail and systems Support experience for Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory and Planning Systems in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of technical expertise in managing full stack web Cloud native applications using various technologies including Angular, REACT, NodeJS, Oracle Database experience is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate multiple remote teams and drive resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Business and all levels of IT and Business management.
• Strong Negotiation skills, presentation skills and conflict resolution skills needed.
• Prior experience managing or leading Engineering Teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, WMS & Merchandising Business process flows and integration of those with other systems preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to debate ideas, comfortable managing constructive conflict, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Open-minded with proven ability to work collaboratively with others in team environment.

• Experience with JDA WMS/Blue Yonder systems, o9, TMS and Oracle Database is desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and / or equivalent experience

Understanding the client’s business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications for the MercuryGate TMS.

• Configuring and customizing the MercuryGate TMS according to the client’s needs and best practices.
• Integrating the MercuryGate TMS with other systems such as ERP, WMS, EDI, etc. using various methods such as APIs, web services, etc.
• Testing and validating the MercuryGate TMS solution for functionality, performance, and quality.
• Providing training and documentation to the client’s users and stakeholders on how to use the MercuryGate TMS effectively.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or defects related to the MercuryGate TMS solution.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance to the client’s MercuryGate TMS solution.

A MercuryGate TMS Solution Architect should have the following qualifications:

• BS or BA with 7+ years of experience as a solution architect on any top tier TMS providers such as JDA TMS, MercuryGate, etc.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient in MercuryGate TMS configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
• Experience with cloud-based and standalone systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
