About the Role

VP of Content will lead and develop the content ecosystem, programming strategies, & exciting new content promotion on MoneyLion media platforms. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (or CCO), their ultimate mission will be to make MoneyLion into one

As the leader of Content at MoneyLion , you will leverage your deep knowledge of using audience insights to create the most engaging and effective content and ecosystem. Ultimately identifying, developing and promoting compelling new content to our millions of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Analytics to engage the MoneyLion user base, and collaboratively work towards MoneyLion's overall content performance targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a content strategy based on audience insights and lead a team responsible for deepening user engagement in MoneyLion's owned & operated content channels
  • Develop and own a comprehensive strategy that hyper scales and fosters performance in the MoneyLion content ecosystem
  • Drive initiatives around test and learn content attribution strategies, innovate new content formats and value identification, and grow user engagement to new heights
  • Analyze and report on the performance of the content ecosystem, including content effectiveness, user engagement ,sentiment, and other key metrics
  • Act as subject matter expert for content-related product features and help to further develop MoneyLion's algorithm strategy

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and 10-15+ years of proven brand marketing experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably with digital content platforms
  • 5+ years growing and managing teams
  • Strong interest in entertainment, creator economy and digital content; understanding of media landscape and major trends in the industry
  • Strong working knowledge of social media marketing- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally and with all levels of management
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to represent the company and product in external settings
  • A collaborative leader who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented with good judgment in a fast-paced environment

      About the Role

      • Advise the MoneyLion Investing team on regulatory and compliance matters with regard to Investment Management and Registered Investment Advisor and Broker-Dealer matters.
      • Prepare, update and file regulatory compliance filings (Form ADV, Form CRS, etc.)
      • Perform monthly and quarterly monitoring as well as ongoing risk assessments of the Investment business and manage all necessary documentation; facilitate compliance training.
      • Responsible for the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and best practices.
      • Successfully manage compliance examinations, audits, reviews, and inquiries.
      • Collaborate closely with the broader Compliance department in ensuring the provision of MoneyLion services are made in accordance with anti-money laundering laws and other legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Review investing-related promotional and marketing material and related terms and conditions.
      • Work with the Compliance Department to monitor and resolve complaints related to the Wealth business.
      • Monitor updates to regulations and collaborate with business teams to implement necessary changes in policies and procedures.

      About You

      • Minimum of 7 years experience, preferably in a financial services compliance or legal context working with registered investment advisers and broker-dealers.
      • Understanding and proficiency with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act of 1933; FINRA, and other U.S. securities and commodities related laws and regulations.
      • Series 7, Series 9/10 or Series 24, Series 66 a plus
      • Demonstrated knowledge and application of AML/BSA and OFAC laws, regulations, and compliance programs.
      • Ability to conduct data analysis to successfully accomplish ongoing account oversights reviews.

      About the Role

      As the Director, Fraud Operations, you are responsible for building and developing the team necessary to better identify fraud as it pertains to our platform, products, and services, while enabling legitimate customers to enjoy the MoneyLion platform with fewer restrictions. The Director, Fraud Operations will be responsible for managing a growing fraud and risk investigations team, its associated KPIs, and the systems and tools used for these investigations. You will actively work with your team to identify points of exposure and vulnerability, balancing this against opportunities to reduce false positives. These points of exposure include money transfers (ACH, funding via debit card), banking, lending, and investment activity, user onboarding risks, check deposit, ATO, and others. The individual in this role will also work with the VP of Fraud Risk to incorporate findings, patterns, and trends observed during the course of investigations in order to fine tune and optimize our fraud ruleset.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Build, scale, and lead a world-class Fraud Operations team across internal and outsourced (BPO) team members
      • Establish and track KPIs and OKRs for Fraud Operations including the decision rules for the Fraud Operations team
      • Identify risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity, including the development of trend reports and key indicators to serve as early warning risk indicators for potentially fraudulent activity
      • Forecast staffing needs to align with the fraud roadmap set by the VP of Fraud Risk Management
      • Actively seek Fraud and Risk trends through both team feedback and data analysis, and identify, propose, and justify rule adjustments
      • Define and establish policies and procedures for fraud review, as well as partner with Customer Care to establish similar policies and procedures around fraud interactions
      • As Fraud SME and advisor to Customer Care, build and maintain programs which incorporate best practices and adhere to applicable regulations: Red Flags, Identity Theft Protection Program, etc.
      • Partner with Customer Excellence (Care and Advocacy), AML/BSA and Compliance, Membership and Onboarding, Data Science, and Product teams on continuous improvement
      • Support core, banking, lending, and investment platforms on trends, investigations, escalations, and policies and procedures
      • Report on fraud team performance to executive leadership on a regular cadence
      • Maintain a daily understanding of queue sizes, loss trends, and other dashboards to adjust the team focus and/or rules accordingly
      • Handle and provide guidance on escalations; engage Legal, Compliance, AML and other teams as needed

      • In-depth knowledge of the financial services/banking regulatory environment: FACT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Reg E, FINRA/SEC, etc.

            About the Role

            AsDirector of Digital Experience & Operations, your mandate is to innovate and accelerate MoneyLion’s digital service model, while delivering great customer service experiences.               • Innovate and accelerate digital service models to address changing business conditions and customer expectations. This involves pilots and tests with a variety of leading edge technologies, including automation and AI platforms as well as creating blueprints and go to market service strategies to implement digital service models.
              • Directly manage our in-house Product Operations team as well as relationships with a variety of strategic, third party vendors
              • Partner with multiple stakeholders, including Operations leadership team, Product owners, Data Scientists, as well as Compliance and Marketing teams, to deliver a cohesive, best in class customer service experience
              • Measure performance: Reporting and managing to team and dept level SLAs and KPIs; managing customer feedback programs; analyze and visualize data to reveal trends in performance and customer behavior, and identify key opportunities for improvement

              About You

                    About the Role

                    The Customer Implementation platform specialist is a self-starter that manages our various systems, applications, and their respective integrations. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with product owners, operations analysts, customer service managers and other departments within the organization to create the best environment possible in regards to our internal tech stack, self-service functionality and overall the digital customer experience.

                    Reporting to the Director of Customer Excellence, it is critical to success that one has a high attention to detail, analytical skills, as well as the ability to quickly become an expert in a variety of systems, services, and tools. It’s also important that the applicant has both a strategic and executional skill-set when it comes to managing systems.

                    Key Responsibilities:

                      • Define the strategy, scope, and objective for digital enhancements, drafting vision and requirements documentation to improve the experience across the customer digital end-to-end journeys with a primary focus on self-service
                      • Manage the configuration, and evolving functionality of core operations systems
                      • Assess digital enhancement opportunities to meet performance goals of revenue, conversion and cost-savings
                      • Actively participate in user experience and solution design sessions as the business owner to identify areas of improvement
                      • Partner with analytics personnel to assess current digital performance, build business cases for digital projects and measure revenue, conversion and cost savings results from the delivery of enhanced online and on app functionality and improved customer experience
                      • Partner with other Product teams to ensure a focus on streamlined end to end online and on app experiences
                      • Partner with Operations and Product to drive awareness and usage of online and in-app self-service capabilities, encouraging front line personnel to become Digital advocates to drive self-service usage and improve overall customer satisfaction.
                      • Enhance our omni-channel offerings across all channels with a heavy focus on optimizing for digital self-service and Customer Satisfaction

                      About You

                      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
                      • 3+ years quantitative and business analysis skills OR
                      • 3+ years digital product management, SaaS industry, or related experience OR
                      • 3+ years supporting operations and/or customer-facing teams
                      • A deep understanding of how different systems interact and potentially integrate with each other
                      • Track record of leading complex cross-functional operational initiatives with a strong attention to detail
                      • Experience working for an innovative financial services company is strongly preferred
                      • Excellent analytics and problem solving capability.
