        Synchronize influencer activity to brand calendar initiatives. Time targeted promotions, paid and/or organic influencer activity in collaboration with assorted stakeholders like digital marketing, branding, field marketing, corporate functions and others.

        Monitor key result areas for the influencer marketing team to measure/track all approved influencer campaigns. Guide, mentor and implement corrective actions as appropriate.

        Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies in the influencer ecosystem in social media. Identify unicorns and initiate appropriate actions to optimize ROI for the company.

        Experience And Qualifications

          Required

          8-10 years of overall industry experience with at least 5 years in the influencer marketing space.

          Proven expertise in developing and execution of both paid and organic influencer campaigns.

          Extensive hands-on experience in social media marketing. Strong existing network of influencers on social media platforms.

          Keen interest in emerging trends. Familiarity with influencer research and partnership tools.

          Partnership and relationship building experience in the eCommerce marketplace.

          Strong leadership and inter-personal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interact with and influence the executive leadership team.

          Academic Qualifications

          Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field; can be offset by extensive experience in similar role.

          Preferred

          Extensive experience in either consumer goods or cosmetic & beauty industry.

          An existing network of social media influencers in the aforesaid market.
