Online Teaching Overview

• The classes: 45-minute weekly classes, or 90-minute biweekly classes
• Students: Chinese elementary-middle school students, group class (15-30 students)
• Location: remote, online
• Curriculum:  ready-made, interactive lesson materials with room for you to be creative
• Co-teaching model: you will be paired with onsite bilingual co-teachers who will help you maximize your class potential
• Teaching hours: flexible based on your availability

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in working with children as an ESL teacher with relevant qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, master’s degree preferred
• Curriculum development experience is preferred
• Online teaching experience preferred

【诺奖计划项目介绍】
“双减”政策出台之后，校外英语培训的发展受到限制，而对校内英语教学的需求和期待却日益增长，为以符合学校教学需求为核心的服务带来了巨大机会。在此背景下，以培养科技人才为核心目标，聚焦科学素养、语言素养、终生学习能力为抓手的诺奖计划应运而生。
诺奖计划的目标是帮助学校打造特色校本课程和教材，提升公立中小学教师的教学能力。通过双师联合备课、联合授课、联合评价的模式，融入学校春秋学期的日常教学中，赋能校内教师，同时为学生提供实践指导。

【教研员的岗位职责】
1. 联合备课：与公立为主的中小学校教师及其他教研员合作，共同备课，指导教学。
2. 线上授课：为小学低年级/中小学学生提供英语戏剧/综合思辨相应课程的线上授课。
3. 课件教案修改：定期对现有的课件教案进行调整与修改，满足学生的实际学习需求。
4. 教学支持与交流：与其他教研员合作，为公立为主中小学校老师提供英语戏剧/综合思辨课程内容和教学设计相关的教学支持。
5. 教学研讨：定期参与教学研讨会，分享自己的教学经验，并根据课程实施情况提出反馈和改进建议。
6. 教学评价与案例收集：定期对教学质量进行评估，并收集优秀的教学案例，为课程的持续改进提供参考。

【任职要求】
1. 教师资格证书，或TEFL等国际通用英语教师资格证书。
2. 本科及以上学历。
3. 普通话标准，英语流利，能够进行全英授课。
4. 有幼教及小学中低年级段/中小学教学经验者优先考虑。
5. 有线上教学经验者优先考虑。
6. 富有亲和力，能够与学生建立良好的关系。
7. 具有良好的团队合作意识。

【薪资标准】
【一对一班级】
教研员：双师在线备课60分钟+双师在线教学实践80分钟=240+380=600元
高级教研员：双师在线备课60分钟+双师在线教学实践80分钟=280+420=700元
【一对二班级】
高级教研员：双师在线备课60分钟+双师在线教学实践80分钟=400+600=1000元

【工作时间】
双师备课：可根据教研员时间与校内教师协商确定，按学期每周固定时间完成，每班8次/学期；
双师授课：通常在下午3:30之后，每班15课时/学期

• Native English speaker
• At least 2 years of experience in working with children as a drama/theatre arts teacher with relevant qualifications
• Experience in directing and organizing school theatre performances preferred
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, master’s degree preferred
• ESL training and ESL teaching experience are preferred
• Curriculum development experience is preferred
• Online teaching experience preferred
