Job Description

The Director of Access and Reimbursement Marketing is a critical contributor within the commercial organization. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to assist with the development and execution of market access strategies and tactics.
This role will be the primary liaison between the patient services function (including the HUB, SPs, and Field Access Navigators) and the market access function. This individual will collaborate with cross functional leaders across Sales, Training, Regional Professional Relations, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, & Medical to ensure robust planning and strong strategic execution to improve patients’ access to LUPKYNIS in lupus nephritis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the ideation and development of access & reimbursement materials to ensure Field Reimbursement Navigators have the tools and resources needed to assist offices with coverage. Responsibilities include identification of strategic needs and execution of all tactical initiatives.
• Meet with and negotiate with legal, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure approval of marketing resources.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and at least 5 years or experience US market access experience.

Job Description

Aurinia is looking for a talented scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. This position will report to the head of Translational Medicine and will be responsible for supporting the organization’s drug discoveries in both early stage and late stage development as well as approved therapies and requires an enthusiastic and creative scientist.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead development, implementation, review and oversight of an Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) program for use of Aurinia products in all stages of development including both approved and development stage products
• Work cross-functionally to support new drug candidates or formulations aligned with Aurinia Corporate objectives and work closely with functional partners including Experimental Medicine, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Quality Assurance and others.

What will I be doing?

The Consultant will occupy a position central to the success of IRI’s consumer & shopper solutions within the Americas Commercial Team.

Externally, the Consultant will both “own” client relationships as well as support other members of the team with analytics and deliverables.  Owning relationships means starting with a discussion of client business issues, connecting the issues to a research plan/project framework, match the issues to a custom IRI consumer & shopper solution, write the proposals, work hands-on to execute the project and finally, delivering insights that will have measurable client business impact.

What will I be doing?

The Analyst will occupy a position central to the success of IRI’s consumer & shopper solutions within the Americas Commercial team.

Externally, the Analyst will both “own” client relationships as well as support other members of the team with analytics and deliverables.  Owning relationships means starting with a discussion of client business issues, connecting the issues to a research plan/project framework, match the issues to a custom IRI consumer & shopper solution, write the proposals, work hands-on to execute the project and finally, delivering insights that will have measurable client business impact.

Internally, they will work with a cross functional team including the client account manager and subject matter experts.  Having the out-going personality to foster collaborative internal relationships will be essential to the Analyst’s success.

The Analyst will have a big “sand-box” in which to function in terms of analytical tools, client contacts and client issues. From a tool perspective, they will work extensively with IRI’s revolutionary web-based report generating tools and advanced panel queries/analysis.

Key client business issues include category and brand performance drivers, analysis of innovation performance, consumer segmentation and targeting. The current economic environment requires that the Analyst bring fresh thinking and innovation to identify/address current and future consumer trends.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail or CPG experience or a high degree of passion and comfort with the retail and CPG manufacturer space.

The senior manager will be accountable for defining downstream experimental designs, leading complex troubleshooting, performing advanced data analysis, and identifying potential risks and appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure regulatory success of downstream activities. The senior manager will contribute to CMC sections of regulatory submissions and correspondences, in collaboration with other CMC and regulatory functional leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design downstream biologics CMC strategies including process development, process characterization, process scaling, tech transfer, manufacturing, and validation.
Collaborate with CMC on defining, executing, and monitoring of project plans.
Create, review, and approve of downstream process development study plans, development reports, tech transfer reports, and campaign summary reports.
Lead and manage the implementation of downstream process activities at CDMOs.
Review and summarize downstream process data from CDMOs, conduct data analysis, and assist in the timely resolution of small-scale and large-scale complex equipment or process issues.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

An advanced degree in engineering, biochemistry, life sciences, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of directly related industry experience with a primary focus on biopharmaceutical downstream process development and manufacturing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive practical and theoretical expertise in downstream unit operations to support process development, process-scaling, facility fit assessments, technology transfer, process monitoring, and process mitigation.
Experience in formulation development is an asset.
Must be able to think critically and creatively, work independently, determine appropriate resources for resolution of problems, and have strong organizational skills.
Working knowledge of cGMP and relevant regulatory guidance (i.e. ICH, FDA, and EMA).
Experience in managing a matrix team (Managing CDMO partnerships is preferred).
Experience in authoring downstream sections of regulatory CMC documents (INDs, IMPDs, BLAs/NDAs).

  • Implement and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
  • Work with development teams to establish SLOs and strive to ensure proper incident response when error budgets are depleted.
  • Plan and perform Operating System and software upgrades.
  • Provide general assistance for Technical Support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans; and conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.

Qualifications

  Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience with deploying and supporting a SaaS offering.
  • 1+ years of experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes clusters in a public, scalable SaaS offering.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or 3+ years in a DevOps environment.
  • 3+ years development experience (Golang / NodeJs / bash / etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience with each of the following:
    • Cloud Infrastructure (Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure / etc.)
    • Bug tracking (JIRA / Bugzilla / YouTrack / etc.)
    • Continuous Deployment (concourse / GitHub Actions / Spinnaker / etc.)

The Sales Organization in Qlik is the primary connection to our customers and prospects; focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existing customer. The teams work geographically or are industry focused. 

The Partner Account Manager role:

The Partner Account Manager recruits, enables and manages partners (predominantly Solution Providers) in order to ensure a successful and profitable partnership. This position will work closely with our Regional Alliance Directors (AD)/Regional Directors (RD), Partner Enablement Managers (PEM) and Partner Marketing Managers (PMM) to build and execute partner business plans that will include training, enablement, marketing, rules of engagement and go-to-market strategy. In addition, the role will be responsible for tracking and reporting the progress to the plan.

As the Partner Account Manager for region and team member of our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success. As Partner Manager you will report directly to Partner Sales Leadership of the region

 

Role Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Partner Sales Leadership, develop a Coverage & Capacity plan and gap analysis to drive targeted recruitment.

  • Recruit, onboard and enable new partners, driving them to success in their relationship with Qlik.
  • Work with regional leadership team to build and nurture close relationships with assigned partners.
  • Develop business plans in conjunction with Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) and Partner Enablement Manager (PEM) for each assigned partner and support the business planning process in general.
  • Manage the regional implementation, roll out and execution of the Qlik Partner Network Program.
  • Support marketing panning owned by the PMM of assigned partners.
  • Drive and execute enablement programs for partners and with partners in cooperation with the PEM.
  • In cooperation with the regional Sales Operations Team, enable partners with regard to the Partner Portal and PRM (Lead and Opportunity registration) usage for them to manage their pipeline.
  • Prepare and present quarterly “state of partner” presentation for all assigned partners, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and assessments.
  • Perform as go-to resource for partner questions, concerns or issues.
  • Take ownership of partner-related requests and own it until the solution.
  • Participate in marketing events with partners when requested.
  • Target, recruit and develop new partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage and follow up the inbound “become a partner” requests.
  • Manage and process contracts and renewals with partners.

Job Description

The MSL candidate is responsible for providing a variety of external and internal customers with medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of specific products as well as more general information about relevant therapeutic area and disease state. This field-based position will proactively build healthcare provider (HCP) support, by using a scientific approach that is aligned with the medical affairs objectives. The MSL candidate will need to be a credible and valued representative of Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a variety of interactions with key stakeholders external to the organization including HCPs, decision makers at healthcare plans as well as cross-functionality with their internal colleagues . The position is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a US field medical team and Medical Affairs function.
 

The ideal candidate should reside in close proximity to the Boston,MA area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initiating, building and fostering relationships with US rheumatologists and nephrologists within pertinent geographic region; candidates with pre-existing recent relationships with these clinicians are strongly preferred
  • Attend major US rheumatology and nephrology conferences including staffing medical booth at direction of Vice President, Field Medical Affairs
  • Work closely with Vice President, Field Medical Affairsto provide input for the basic SOPs and expectations for a field medical role and field/ booth materials 
  • Attend regional pertinent scientific conferences and advocacy meetings at direction of Vice President, Field Medical Affairs 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, clinical treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientific activities within areas of interest;
  • Provide meaningful scientific exchange to ensure that key stakeholders understand the science behind, and the clinical data associated with company products. Additionally, be able to provide meaningful feedback to the organization on how the KOLs/HCPs view products of interest;
  • Create awareness of product attributes, therapeutic benefits, and appropriate utilization;
  • Assist in the development of strategic KOL plans to provide needs-based, value-added services;
  • Provide relevant medical and scientific information and literature, within corporate guidelines, for healthcare provider education;
  • Provide field-based medical and scientific support to answer unsolicited questions about products and related therapeutic areas;
  • Serve as a local medical and scientific resource for the medical community in therapeutic areas of interest; 
  • Develop and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the company, its products, current medical and scientific research and publications in therapeutic areas of interest;

Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific degree (Doctorate or Master’s Level) or equivalent required. 
  • At least 3 years of recent MSL experience in current geography, clinical experience within relevant therapeutic/disease areas preferred.
  • An established track record of effective and influential oral presentations and discussions to Health Care Professionals within the therapeutic/disease area(s) of interest. 
  • Strong scientific baseline knowledge in research, clinical trial methods, implementation and interpretation; possesses sound scientific and clinical judgment.
  • Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to corporate compliance in all activities - including those related to clinical trials, scientific presentations, and responses to unsolicited requests for information.
  • Strong customer-facing skills; listening skills; probing skills; and flexibility.
  • Must live within the region, within one hour of a major airport, and be able to travel overnight 60-80% as business requires.
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, as well as standard medical practices in therapeutic area(s) of concentration and broad therapeutic competency (e.g., keeps current with new information and trends in the field).
