The Senior Marketing Business Operations and Analytics Manager is responsible for demand generation goal development, the lead lifecycle reporting process and financial operations. The person that fills this role will be responsible for building and evolving dashboards that provide real-time insights into how Marketing influences pipeline and growth for Onit. Additionally, this role will also manage Marketing’s business operations and finances including tools, planning, tracking spend, gathering updates, and ongoing optimization.
The Senior Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager will work cross functionally with demand generation, events, sales development sales, product marketing, and revenue/sales operations. Summary -
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will work in a high-performance team environment to drive business development and sales growth by acting as a product and technical resource and provide product evaluation support to prospective customers and the Onit sales team. You will have the opportunity to work with C-level executives to identify current and future customer requirements, and collaborate with a team to determine the best approach to respond to the changing industry and business landscapes.

Qualifications -

•Contract Management, Legal Holds or Matter Management software experience is highly preferred.
•RFP/RFI response management skills
•Basic knowledge of business intelligence/analytics reporting tools and concepts
•Basic knowledge of Liquid Markup Language, HTML or related markup language(s)
•Basic understanding of entity relationship diagrams
•Experience using RFPIO a plus
