Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $64,400 - $71,400 per year. Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and associated HR administrative tasks
  • Manage your team's outcomes, monitor dashboards, and track operational KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and constructing action plans when issues arise
  • Understand and be connected to the type of work your team does daily, being able to make volume-based decisions that best serve our customers.
  • Serve as a central communicator by leading team huddles with Oscar colleagues, connecting colleagues to the mission, vision, and values of Oscar, and providing guidance and motivation to achieve daily operational objectives

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management

About the role

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $36.92 - $48.46 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 10 days per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end litigation and arbitration processes, including assistance with all aspects of intake, file set-up, organization and maintenance, tracking, litigation holds, hearing/trial calendar maintenance, discovery, hearings/trials, and active case support.
  • Gather, organize, review, summarize, and index documents from multiple sources.
  • Handle subrogation, mail and subpoena triage processes.
  • Develop and prepare reports.
  • Maintain and administer litigation support databases.
  • Help with vendor implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, including legal research and coordination of requests. 
  • Communicate with internal partners and external entities.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience at a top tier law firm and/or in-house+ years experience performing legal research under attorney supervision and proficient in redlining and editing capabilities of Word and Google Docs and other Google Suite applications.

  • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
